【摘要】:20世紀(jì)六十年代,美國開始探索創(chuàng)業(yè)教育并從學(xué)術(shù)意義上研究創(chuàng)業(yè)教育。1989年,聯(lián)合國教科文組織首次在會(huì)上提出“創(chuàng)業(yè)教育”,強(qiáng)調(diào)高校要給學(xué)生頒發(fā)“創(chuàng)業(yè)能力護(hù)照”,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)技能和主動(dòng)精神,認(rèn)為畢業(yè)生首先應(yīng)成為的是工作的創(chuàng)造者。從時(shí)代和現(xiàn)實(shí)的必然要求及社會(huì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)看,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)推進(jìn)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有促進(jìn)作用;從社會(huì)發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定性來看,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)社會(huì)就業(yè)率的增加產(chǎn)生了推動(dòng)作用;從高等教育觀來看,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)深化高校教育改革注入了新鮮的血脈;從大學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展來看,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育能讓他們更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值。我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育始于20世紀(jì)90年代,雖取得了一定的成就,但與其他國家相比,起步晚,制度不健全,這些都阻礙了我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的構(gòu)建。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)普查與分類歸納、實(shí)地問卷與案例研究等社會(huì)科學(xué)研究方法,本文鎖定南京地區(qū)高校,通過對(duì)南京創(chuàng)業(yè)教育本科試點(diǎn)院校的調(diào)查問卷,提出問題并分析原因,通過借鑒國內(nèi)外高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的成功之處,對(duì)構(gòu)建具有我國特色的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,提出具有操作性的建議。本文從五個(gè)部分展開論述:第一章部分,緒論。通過本次研究的背景和問題的提出說明高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的重要意義及本課題研究的動(dòng)因,并闡述本次研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和研究方法。第二章部分,國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。先從美國、日本、印度以及跨國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育合作研究比較闡述創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在國際范圍內(nèi)的發(fā)展,然后轉(zhuǎn)向中國描述創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀,是從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的啟動(dòng)、發(fā)展和政府的推動(dòng)來闡述。第三章部分,對(duì)南京創(chuàng)業(yè)教育本科試點(diǎn)院校個(gè)案分析。對(duì)以崇尚創(chuàng)新精神的南京城內(nèi)本科創(chuàng)業(yè)教育試點(diǎn)院校的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探討,并以南京大學(xué)、南京理工大學(xué)和南京信息工程大學(xué)為例,從調(diào)查問卷收集的數(shù)據(jù)來分析存在的問題。第四章部分,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的困境及原因。針對(duì)第三部分內(nèi)容,從對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育認(rèn)識(shí)定位、高校學(xué)生思想受限滯后的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系、薄弱的師資力量及缺乏良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境等五方面展開分析。第五章部分,對(duì)我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的建議。這是本文的核心,提出高校如何實(shí)施大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,從高校轉(zhuǎn)變創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念、激發(fā)學(xué)生求知欲、建立創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系、建立專兼結(jié)合的創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍、建立創(chuàng)業(yè)教育服務(wù)體系等方面提出對(duì)策意見。
[Abstract]:In the 1960s, the United States began to explore entrepreneurship education and to study entrepreneurship education in an academic sense. In 1989, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for the first time proposed "entrepreneurship education" at a conference, emphasizing that universities and colleges should issue students "passports for entrepreneurship." Cultivate students' entrepreneurial skills and initiative, think that graduates should be the first job creator. From the point of view of the inevitable requirements of the times and reality and the trend of social development, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the development of knowledge economy, and in terms of the stability of social development, Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has promoted the increase of the social employment rate; from the perspective of higher education, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has injected fresh blood into deepening the reform of higher education; from the point of view of the development of college students' personality, Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can make them realize their own value better. China's entrepreneurship education began in the 1990s, although it has made some achievements, but compared with other countries, starting late, the system is not perfect, these have hindered the construction of our entrepreneurship education system. With the methods of literature survey, classification and induction, field questionnaire and case study, this paper focuses on the universities in Nanjing, and puts forward the questions and analyzes the reasons through the questionnaire of the pilot universities of entrepreneurship education in Nanjing. By drawing lessons from the success of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some operable suggestions on the construction of entrepreneurship education system with Chinese characteristics. This paper is discussed from five parts: chapter one, introduction. Through the background and problems of this study, this paper explains the significance of entrepreneurship education in universities and the motivation of this research, and expounds the innovative points, difficulties and research methods of this research. The second chapter is about the development of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad. First, from the United States, Japan, India and multinational cooperation studies on entrepreneurship education, a comparative study on the development of entrepreneurship education in the international scope, and then a shift to describe the status quo of entrepreneurship education in China, is to start from the start of entrepreneurship education. Development and government push to explain. The third chapter, the Nanjing entrepreneurship education pilot colleges and universities case analysis. This paper probes into the present situation of the pilot universities of undergraduate entrepreneurship education in Nanjing, which advocates the spirit of innovation, and takes Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing University of Technology and Nanjing University of Information Engineering as examples to analyze the existing problems from the data collected by questionnaires. The fourth chapter, the difficulties and reasons of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. In view of the third part, this paper analyzes the orientation of entrepreneurship education, the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education, the weak teachers and the lack of good environment. The fifth chapter is about the suggestions of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of our country. This is the core of this paper, how to carry out entrepreneurship education for college students, change the concept of entrepreneurship education from university to college, stimulate students' desire for knowledge, set up a system of entrepreneurship education, and set up a team of dedicated and combined entrepreneurial mentors. To establish the service system of entrepreneurship education and other aspects put forward countermeasures.
