【摘要】:人格素質(zhì)是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的重要組成部分。社會不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,生活節(jié)奏日益加快,競爭也更趨激烈,人格素質(zhì)的發(fā)展和提高對大學(xué)生成才起著必不可少的促進(jìn)作用。隨著社會轉(zhuǎn)型,我國的教育改革的進(jìn)一步深化,當(dāng)前教育發(fā)展的方向從知識傳授更多的向能力培養(yǎng)發(fā)展,從傳統(tǒng)的思想品德教育向現(xiàn)代的人格教育發(fā)展。高校思想政治教育作為整個學(xué)校德育轉(zhuǎn)變的重要部分,人格培育問題日益也被擺在了高校教育工作的重要位置。因此,要把大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為社會主義核心價值體系的捍衛(wèi)者和先進(jìn)思想文化發(fā)展的引領(lǐng)者。人格培育工作中對大學(xué)生良好個性、優(yōu)秀品格、進(jìn)取精神、創(chuàng)新意識的培養(yǎng)正是實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的重要保證。但是,就當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)生人格發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和人格教育水平來看,當(dāng)下國內(nèi)高校在人格培育方面仍然是不夠系統(tǒng)和深入的,還不能適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展及其對人才培養(yǎng)的需要,如缺乏觀念的正確指導(dǎo),無法引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生從根本上轉(zhuǎn)變觀念;無法與社會實際緊密結(jié)合;無法很好地為學(xué)生排解各方面(如學(xué)業(yè),就業(yè)等)的壓力;無法幫助學(xué)生合理正確的發(fā)泄情緒;治標(biāo)不治本,流于形式,浮于表面;缺乏對特殊群體、特殊問題、特殊情況的關(guān)注等問題。 面對紛繁復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)實狀況,本文從馬克思主義人學(xué)思想和中西方人格理論入手,探索和解讀人格培育的理論淵源,使思想政治教育人格培育理論得以進(jìn)一步豐富和深入。并立足于當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的人格發(fā)展特點和高校大學(xué)生人格培育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合中西方人格理論,試圖探索大學(xué)生人格培育的對策和途徑,以增強(qiáng)思想政治教育工作在大學(xué)生人格塑造和全面發(fā)展上的針對性和實效性。
[Abstract]:Personality quality is an important part of the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students. The development and progress of the society, the quickening pace of life and the fiercer competition, the development and improvement of personality quality play an indispensable role in promoting college students to become talented. With the transformation of society and the further deepening of educational reform in our country, the current direction of educational development is from knowledge imparting to ability cultivation, from traditional ideological and moral education to modern personality education. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important part of the transformation of moral education in the whole school, and the problem of personality cultivation has been increasingly placed in an important position in the work of education in colleges and universities. Therefore, college students should be trained as the defenders of the socialist core value system and the leader in the development of advanced ideology and culture. The cultivation of good personality, excellent character, enterprising spirit and innovative consciousness in personality cultivation is the important guarantee to achieve this goal. However, from the point of view of the status of personality development and the level of personality education of college students in our country, the present domestic colleges and universities are still not systematic and in-depth in personality cultivation, and can not meet the needs of the development of the times and the training of talents. Such as the lack of correct guidance of ideas, can not guide college students from the fundamental transformation of ideas, can not be closely combined with social reality, can not solve the pressure of all aspects (such as study, employment, etc.) for students well; It can not help the students to vent their emotions reasonably and correctly; it can not cure the symptoms at the root of the disease and float on the surface; it lacks the attention to special groups, special problems, special situations and so on. In the face of complicated and complicated reality, this paper starts with the Marxist theory of human studies and the theory of personality between China and the West, explores and interprets the theoretical origin of personality cultivation, and further enriches and deepens the theory of personality cultivation in ideological and political education. Based on the characteristics of college students' personality development and the status quo of college students' personality cultivation, and combining the theory of Chinese and western personality, this paper tries to explore the countermeasures and approaches of college students' personality cultivation. In order to enhance the ideological and political education in the shaping and overall development of college students personality pertinence and effectiveness.
