【摘要】：學(xué)生事務(wù)管理作為高校管理的一個重要組成部分，對高校實現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)具有不可替代的作用。當(dāng)今學(xué)生事務(wù)管理正面臨著社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的巨大挑戰(zhàn)，迫切需要在思想領(lǐng)域更新管理理念，在行為領(lǐng)域明確工作方式、創(chuàng)新管理模式。開展高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作，既要虛心學(xué)習(xí)、認(rèn)真研究國際上的先進經(jīng)驗和有益做法，區(qū)別對待，為我所用；又要立足國內(nèi)高校實際，積極探索，大膽創(chuàng)新。本文從輔導(dǎo)員的工作視角出發(fā)，探討新形勢下學(xué)生事務(wù)管理新模式，旨在改進和完善當(dāng)前的高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作。 首先，明確研究對象、相關(guān)概念和理論。通過對高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理模式、目標(biāo)管理以及高校輔導(dǎo)員制度的闡述為我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理模式的改進和創(chuàng)新提供理論支撐。 其次，現(xiàn)狀分析、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。在對國內(nèi)外高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理模式進行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上，指出構(gòu)建新時期我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理模式的必要性和緊迫性。 再次，，提出設(shè)想、構(gòu)建模型。通過分析目標(biāo)管理在高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理中運用的可行性，形成了高校學(xué)生事務(wù)目標(biāo)管理這一基本思想，接著對我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)目標(biāo)管理的組織機構(gòu)進行設(shè)置，從目標(biāo)體系的設(shè)立、目標(biāo)管理的實施以及目標(biāo)管理的評價這三個過程對我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)目標(biāo)管理模式進行具體的構(gòu)建。 最后，實證分析。利用已構(gòu)建的高校學(xué)生事務(wù)目標(biāo)管理模式對燕山大學(xué)學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的組織機構(gòu)進行設(shè)置，擬設(shè)計開發(fā)“燕山大學(xué)學(xué)生事務(wù)目標(biāo)管理信息系統(tǒng)”，分別從目標(biāo)制定、目標(biāo)執(zhí)行、成果評價和獎懲激勵四個模塊設(shè)計信息系統(tǒng)，旨在提高燕山大學(xué)的學(xué)生事務(wù)管理水平。
[Abstract]:As an important part of university management, student affairs management plays an irreplaceable role in achieving the goal of talent cultivation. Nowadays, student affairs management is facing a great challenge in the period of social transformation. It is urgent to renew the concept of management in the field of thought, to define the way of work in the field of behavior, and to innovate the mode of management. To carry out the work of student affairs management in colleges and universities, we should not only study with an open mind, conscientiously study the advanced experience and beneficial practices in the world, treat them differently, but also base ourselves on the reality of domestic colleges and universities, actively explore and innovate boldly. From the perspective of counselors' work, this paper probes into the new mode of student affairs management under the new situation in order to improve and perfect the current student affairs management in colleges and universities. First of all, clear research object, related concepts and theories. This paper provides theoretical support for the improvement and innovation of college student affairs management mode through the elaboration of the management mode of college student affairs, the objective management and the system of university counselors. Secondly, the present situation analysis, discovers the question. On the basis of deeply analyzing the management mode of student affairs at home and abroad, this paper points out the necessity and urgency of constructing the management mode of student affairs in colleges and universities in China in the new period. Thirdly, put forward the idea and build the model. By analyzing the feasibility of applying objective management in college student affairs management, this paper forms the basic idea of university student affairs objective management, and then sets up the organization of university student affairs target management in our country. From the three processes of setting up the target system, implementing the goal management and evaluating the target management, this paper makes a concrete construction of the target management mode of the university student affairs in our country. Finally, empirical analysis. This paper sets up the organization of student affairs management in Yanshan University by using the established target management mode of student affairs, and designs and develops the "Management Information system of Student Affairs objectives in Yanshan University", which sets goals and implements them, respectively. In order to improve the management level of student affairs in Yanshan University, four modules of achievement evaluation and incentive are designed.
