【摘要】：大學(xué)生社團(tuán)是學(xué)生組織，發(fā)揮著巨大的教育功能。研究社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能對(duì)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育的具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。目前，國(guó)內(nèi)這方面的研究主要側(cè)重于理論層面上的研究，缺少實(shí)證分析。本文基于前人的理論研究基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的思想政治教育功能進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。 本論文采用了理論分析法、系統(tǒng)分析法、文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法，通過(guò)對(duì)青海大學(xué)、青海師范大學(xué)和青海民族大學(xué)三所本科高校的社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能現(xiàn)狀分析，對(duì)目前大學(xué)生社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能的現(xiàn)狀及制約因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。 本論文以思想政治教育功能理論研究為基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和分析表，采用定量分析方法對(duì)學(xué)生社團(tuán)的思想政治教育功能進(jìn)行挖掘研究，在此基礎(chǔ)上，，對(duì)社團(tuán)種類、學(xué)生參與活動(dòng)程度、社團(tuán)學(xué)生骨干素質(zhì)和能力、指導(dǎo)教師參與度及活動(dòng)內(nèi)容等因素對(duì)社團(tuán)思想政治教育的影響進(jìn)行了差異化分析。 本論文進(jìn)一步梳理了影響學(xué)生社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能發(fā)揮的制約因素，提出了發(fā)揮學(xué)生社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The university student association is the student organization, plays the huge educational function. It is of practical significance to study the function of ideological and political education of community to further strengthen and improve the current ideological and political education of college students. At present, the domestic research focuses on the theoretical level of research, lack of empirical analysis. Based on the previous theoretical research, this paper makes an empirical study on the ideological and political education function of college students' associations. This paper adopts the theory analysis method, the system analysis method, the literature method, the questionnaire survey and the statistical analysis, through the analysis of the ideological and political education function of the three undergraduate universities of Qinghai University, Qinghai normal University and Qinghai University for nationalities. This paper makes an empirical study on the function of ideological and political education of college students' associations. Based on the theoretical research of ideological and political education function, this paper uses quantitative analysis method to study the ideological and political education function of student associations by designing questionnaires and analysis tables. The degree of students' participation in activities, the quality and ability of the backbone of students, the participation of teachers and the content of activities are analyzed differently to the ideological and political education of the community. This paper further combs the restrictive factors which affect the function of ideological and political education of student associations, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for exerting the functions of ideological and political education of student associations.
