【摘要】：實行績效預算管理,是當前政府推進財政管理模式改革的重要舉措。高校作為公共財政資金的使用者,準確理解績效預算管理的本質(zhì)和要求,在預算管理實踐中融入績效理念,將績效目標設定、績效評價以及評價結(jié)果的應用等納入預算編制、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督全過程,發(fā)揮財政資金投入的更大的教育效益,對促進高�？茖W發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The implementation of performance budget management is an important measure for the government to promote the reform of financial management mode. As the users of public financial funds, colleges and universities accurately understand the essence and requirements of performance budget management, incorporate performance concept into budget management practice, and incorporate performance goal setting, performance evaluation and the application of evaluation results into budget preparation. It is of great significance to promote the scientific development of colleges and universities to carry out and supervise the whole process and bring into play the greater educational benefits of financial investment.
