【摘要】：隨著高校研究生的擴(kuò)招,近幾年研究生畢業(yè)人數(shù)急劇增加,其就業(yè)形勢(shì)日趨嚴(yán)峻。在這樣的形勢(shì)下,體育學(xué)研究生的就業(yè)難的問題已經(jīng)凸顯出來,而且越來越受到社會(huì)的關(guān)注。因此通過了解體育專業(yè)研究生的擇業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況制定相應(yīng)的政策,對(duì)于增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性以及學(xué)校就業(yè)工作和學(xué)校的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展、促進(jìn)體育人才的合理利用有著重要意義。 本研究以體育專業(yè)研究生中的重點(diǎn)院校北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生的擇業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生擇業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,揭示出了北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生在擇業(yè)中存在的問題,描述了北京體育大學(xué)研究生擇業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生在擇業(yè)中的影響因素進(jìn)行了探索。通過研究得出結(jié)論如下： 1、北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生在擇業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)上主要表現(xiàn)為：滿足生活基本需要的同時(shí)希望能夠最大限度的實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值,隨著年級(jí)的升高,學(xué)生年齡增大和閱歷增多,在擇業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇上越來越現(xiàn)實(shí)。 2、北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生在地域選擇上偏向于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),工作選擇上則是側(cè)重于穩(wěn)定,福利待遇優(yōu)厚的工作,而對(duì)薪金的要求并沒有因?yàn)榫蜆I(yè)壓力大而降低。 3、北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生在對(duì)就業(yè)壓力的認(rèn)知程度選擇上,能夠準(zhǔn)確的認(rèn)知就業(yè)壓力存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)性,在自我認(rèn)知程度上,大多數(shù)調(diào)查對(duì)象能夠準(zhǔn)確的對(duì)興趣、愛好、性格和氣質(zhì)方面進(jìn)行認(rèn)知,但缺乏對(duì)自己專業(yè)情況和綜合能力情況的認(rèn)知。大部分統(tǒng)招碩士研究生具有明確的發(fā)展目標(biāo),但是跨專業(yè)考研的碩士研究生一般來說較非跨專業(yè)考取的統(tǒng)招碩士研究生具有較明確的職業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。 4、北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生為擇業(yè)所作的準(zhǔn)備并不充分；在擇業(yè)途徑選擇上,北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生選擇的主要途徑為：社會(huì)招聘會(huì)、導(dǎo)師推薦或者是學(xué)校老師介紹、校園招聘。 5、北京體育大學(xué)統(tǒng)招碩士研究生擇業(yè)影響因素主要是體現(xiàn)在學(xué)生自身、學(xué)校培養(yǎng)和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、社會(huì)就業(yè)環(huán)境三個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:With the enrollment expansion of graduate students in Colleges and universities, the number of graduate students has increased rapidly in recent years, and their employment situation is becoming more and more serious. In this situation, the problem of the difficult employment of Postgraduates in sports science has been highlighted, and more and more attention has been paid to the society. The corresponding policy is of great significance to enhance the students' enthusiasm for learning and the further development of school employment and school, and to promote the rational use of sports talents.
This study focuses on the status quo of the career selection of master's graduate students in the key colleges and universities of physical education major, using the literature review method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the status quo of career selection of Master graduate students of Beijing Sport University, and reveals the master's degree of master of recruitment of Beijing Sport University. The problems of graduate students in the selection of career are described, and the status of the graduate students' Outlook on career selection is described, and the influencing factors of the sports major students in the career selection are explored. The conclusions are as follows:
1, the master's motivation of the master of master of the Beijing Sport University is as follows: to meet the basic needs of life and to maximize the realization of self value. With the increase of grade, students' age and experience are increasing, and the choice of career motivation is becoming more and more realistic.
2, the master's graduate students of Beijing Sport University tend to be in the economically developed areas with regional choice. Their job selection is focused on stability and good welfare, and the demand for salary is not reduced because of the great pressure of employment.
3, the graduate students of the Beijing Sport University are able to accurately recognize the reality of employment pressure in the choice of cognition of employment pressure. In the degree of self cognition, most of the respondents can accurately understand the interests, hobbies, character and temperament, but lack of their own professional situation and comprehensive ability. Most of the master's graduate students have a clear development goal, but the master graduate students across the major graduate students generally have a clearer career development goal and long-term career planning than the non interdisciplinary graduate students.
4, the master graduate students of the Beijing Sport University are not fully prepared for the job selection. In choosing the choice of career path, the main ways for the master graduate students to choose from Beijing Sport University are: the social recruitment, the recommendation of the tutors, the introduction of school teachers, and the recruitment of the campus.
5, the influencing factors of graduate employment in Beijing Sport University are mainly reflected in three aspects: students themselves, school training and employment guidance, and social employment environment.
