【摘要】：高校在我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中具有重要作用，是構建社會主義和諧社會的生力軍。高校和諧育人是構建社會主義和諧社會系統(tǒng)工程的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一，為建設社會主義和諧社會奠定重要基礎。和諧育人既是落實科學發(fā)展觀、推進和諧社會建設的現(xiàn)實需要，也是高校加快改革發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)全面人才的必然選擇。我國高校在育人過程中增添了和諧因素，在科學發(fā)展觀指導下，和諧育人理念逐漸確立，越來越重視和諧的校園文化，和諧育人體系初步形成。作為高校學生工作者，應當分析高校育人工作中的和諧因素，思考如何培養(yǎng)全面協(xié)調可持續(xù)發(fā)展的人才。 我國和諧育人思想源遠流長，，蘊涵豐富的理念。近年來對于和諧理論的研究，對和諧社會的研究較為系統(tǒng)深入，而對和諧育人相關課題的研究相對較少。對于高校和諧育人的研究來講，更多的偏重于思想政治教育、美育德育、人才培養(yǎng)模式等方面，理論性強，而真正能對高校育人實際工作起到切實指導作用的研究并不多。本論文立足于我國久遠的和諧育人思想，溯源和諧教育理念的歷史傳承，從構建和諧育人環(huán)境和改進育人理念、育人方法方面對高校和諧育人進行了分析，強調關注大學生全面協(xié)調可持續(xù)發(fā)展，強調和諧育人的實效性。本文以科學發(fā)展觀為指導，時代氣息濃郁，十分貼近高校實際，深入淺出地對和諧育人問題進行論述。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities play an important role in the economic and social development of our country. Harmonious education in colleges and universities is one of the important links in the system engineering of building a harmonious socialist society, which lays an important foundation for the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Harmonious education is not only the realistic need of carrying out the scientific concept of development and promoting the construction of harmonious society, but also the inevitable choice of speeding up the reform and development of colleges and universities and cultivating all-round talents. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the concept of harmonious education is gradually established, more and more attention is paid to the harmonious campus culture, and the harmonious education system is initially formed. As college student workers, we should analyze the harmonious factors in the work of educating people in colleges and universities, and think about how to train talents who can develop in an all-round and coordinated manner. The thought of harmonious education in our country has a long history and contains rich ideas. In recent years, the research on the theory of harmony, the study of harmonious society is more systematic and in-depth, but the research on the related topics of harmonious education is relatively less. For the study of harmonious education in colleges and universities, more emphasis is placed on ideological and political education, aesthetic education, moral education, talent training mode, and so on, the theoretical nature is strong, but there are few studies that can play a practical guiding role in the practical work of educating people in colleges and universities. Based on our country's long history of harmonious education, this paper analyzes the harmonious education in colleges and universities from the aspects of constructing harmonious education environment, improving the concept of education, and educating people in colleges and universities. It emphasizes the overall coordinated and sustainable development of college students and the effectiveness of harmonious education. Guided by the concept of scientific development, this paper discusses the problem of harmonious education with rich flavor of the times and close to the reality of colleges and universities.
