【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員制度是適合我國國情并具有鮮明特色的大學(xué)思想政治教育制度。在高校中,輔導(dǎo)員處在高校學(xué)生管理工作第一線,是開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校教師隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,也是大學(xué)生健康成長的引路人和指導(dǎo)者。明確輔導(dǎo)員工作職責(zé),增強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員履職實(shí)效,是做好大學(xué)生思想政治教育的關(guān)鍵,對于培養(yǎng)社會主義合格建設(shè)者和接班人具有重要意義。 我國高校輔導(dǎo)員制度萌芽于抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的“政治指導(dǎo)員制度”,其發(fā)展演變經(jīng)歷了半個(gè)多世紀(jì)。而處于高校學(xué)生管理第一線的高校輔導(dǎo)員,其角色定位和工作職責(zé)內(nèi)容也發(fā)生了很大變化。新時(shí)期以前,我國高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作職責(zé)基本上是單一的,即負(fù)責(zé)高校學(xué)生思想政治教育。隨著社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,以及高等教育本身發(fā)生的變化,高校學(xué)生管理工作中也不斷涌現(xiàn)出新的情況和新的問題,這就對高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作職責(zé)提出了新的要求。新時(shí)期以來,輔導(dǎo)員的角色定位出現(xiàn)了多重性、多元化發(fā)展的趨勢,其工作職責(zé)已經(jīng)從過去那種單一的思想政治教育中走了出來,發(fā)展成集思想政治教育、心理健康輔導(dǎo)、日常管理工作、班風(fēng)學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)等多種工作職責(zé)于一身的多重角色。進(jìn)一步明確輔導(dǎo)員工作職責(zé)邊界,建立科學(xué)的考評制度,提升輔導(dǎo)員履職素質(zhì),同事還要注意借鑒西方國家經(jīng)驗(yàn),有助于更好地履行這些指責(zé)。
[Abstract]:The college counselor system is a university ideological and political education system which is suitable for the national conditions of our country and has distinct characteristics. In Colleges and universities, the counselors are in the forefront of the management of college students. It is the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students, an important part of the College Teachers' team, and also a guide and reference for the healthy growth of college students. The key to the ideological and political education of college students is to clarify the duties of the counselors and enhance the effectiveness of the counselors' performance. It is of great significance to the training of qualified builders and successors.
The system of College Counselors in China's colleges and universities sprout in the "political instructor system" during the Anti Japanese war. Its development and evolution experienced more than half a century. And the role orientation and job responsibilities of College Counselors in the first line of College Students' management have also changed greatly. Before the new period, the job responsibilities of College Counselors in China were basically the same. The single one is responsible for the ideological and political education of college students. With the continuous development of the society and the economy and the changes in the higher education itself, new situations and new problems have emerged in the management of college students. This has put forward new requirements for the job responsibilities of college counselors. Since the new period, the role of the counselors is located. There are multiple and diversified development trends, and their job responsibilities have come out from the single ideological and political education in the past and develop into multiple roles, such as ideological and political education, mental health guidance, daily management work, and the construction of the class style. To establish a scientific evaluation system and enhance the quality of counselors' performance, colleagues should also pay attention to the experience of western countries and help them better fulfill these accusations.
