【摘要】:大學(xué)生是國家的重要戰(zhàn)略資源、黨和社會主義事業(yè)的未來接班人,大學(xué)生思想政治教育開展的狀況怎樣、成效如何,大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的高低,直接關(guān)系到高等教育改革的成敗和祖國的未來。輔導(dǎo)員是開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,輔導(dǎo)員作為高校教師隊(duì)伍中的一個(gè)特殊群體,處在學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的第一線,也處在高校對學(xué)生進(jìn)行日常事務(wù)管理的前沿,承擔(dān)著大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,生活學(xué)習(xí)管理的重要職責(zé)。輔導(dǎo)員工作水平的高低,工作效果的好壞,直接影響到培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),影響到高校以德育為核心的素質(zhì)教育的健康實(shí)施。在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、社會信息化、高等教育大眾化的背景下,高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍愈加壯大,抓好輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè),更好的發(fā)揮輔導(dǎo)員在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中的德育教育功能,無疑成為當(dāng)前促進(jìn)高校學(xué)生工作的重要抓手。努力建設(shè)一支符合現(xiàn)代高等教育要求、理論水平高、綜合素質(zhì)高、熱愛輔導(dǎo)員崗位、竭誠服務(wù)學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍,更是具有深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義和重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以甘肅中醫(yī)學(xué)院為例,通過調(diào)查問卷的形式,以人力資源管理理論為指導(dǎo),深入分析了甘肅中醫(yī)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,存在的各種問題,并試圖找出合理對策,以期為全國同類型高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供新的思路。文章分為四部分,第一部分,介紹研究背景和研究內(nèi)容,相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論的運(yùn)用,以及國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的綜述;第二部分,介紹甘肅中醫(yī)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,并通過深入分析調(diào)查問卷的結(jié)果,找出甘肅中醫(yī)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)各種難題;第三部分,結(jié)合人力資源管理理論,深入闡述解決甘肅中醫(yī)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)各種難題的對策,提出合理的改進(jìn)意見。第四部分,總結(jié)甘肅中醫(yī)學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的改進(jìn)措施,并以此為例推廣到甘肅省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見。
[Abstract]:College students are the important strategic resources of the country, the future successors of the Party and the socialist cause, the status and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students, and the level of ideological and political quality of college students. Directly related to the success or failure of higher education reform and the future of the motherland. Counselors are the backbone of college students' ideological and political education. As a special group of college teachers, counselors are at the forefront of students' ideological and political education. It is also in the forefront of daily affairs management in colleges and universities, which is responsible for the ideological and political education of college students and the management of life learning. The level of work of counselors and the effect of work directly affect the realization of training goals and the healthy implementation of quality-oriented education with moral education as the core in colleges and universities. Under the background of economic globalization, social informatization and popularization of higher education, college counselors are becoming more and more powerful. They should do a good job in building counselors' ranks, and give full play to the moral education function of counselors in contemporary college students. Undoubtedly, it has become an important grasp to promote the work of college students. It is of great historical and practical significance to build a team of counselors who meet the requirements of modern higher education, have high theoretical level, high comprehensive quality, love the post of counselors and serve the students wholeheartedly. This paper takes Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, through the form of questionnaire, guided by the theory of human resource management, deeply analyzes the present situation of the construction of counselors in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine, and tries to find out the reasonable countermeasures. In order to provide a new train of thought for the construction of counselors in the same type of colleges and universities all over the country. The article is divided into four parts, the first part, introduces the research background and research content, the application of relevant basic theories, and the summary of relevant domestic research; the second part, introduces the current situation of the construction of counselors in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine. And through in-depth analysis of the results of the questionnaire to find out the Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine counselors to build a variety of difficulties; part three, combined with human resources management theory, This paper expounds the countermeasures to solve various problems in the construction of counselors in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvement. The fourth part summarizes the improvement measures of counselors team construction in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine and takes this as an example to popularize the guidance opinions on the construction of counselors team in colleges and universities in Gansu Province.
