【摘要】：本文詳細(xì)介紹了隨著我國社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展，并且伴隨著全球化的全面到來，我國大學(xué)在這樣的大背景之下得到了空前的發(fā)展，然而也帶來了這樣那樣的發(fā)展中的問題，比如大學(xué)物質(zhì)建設(shè)的超前，人的發(fā)展滯后的問題；大學(xué)的某些研究成果被邊緣化的問題；以及大學(xué)在建設(shè)中無法全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展等等問題。通過對這些問題的分析，以及對國內(nèi)外成功高校建設(shè)特點(diǎn)的比較發(fā)現(xiàn)，解決這些問題的核心手段是將大學(xué)校園文化與科學(xué)研究、人才培養(yǎng)有機(jī)結(jié)合形成三位一體的建設(shè)手段然后實(shí)現(xiàn)對社會服務(wù)的目標(biāo)。 本文分為五章詳細(xì)的對我國大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)問題作了深入的分析和探討，第一章是緒論，介紹了本選題的研究背景，研究意義，以及研究思路和研究方法；第二章是對大學(xué)校園文化的認(rèn)知以及我國大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)存在問題和原因分析。具體分為對大學(xué)校園文化的概念界定，對大學(xué)校園文化的通識內(nèi)容的梳理，，以及筆者對我國大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)存在問題總結(jié)和原因的分析；第三章通過對國內(nèi)外著名大學(xué)校園文化的個案比較分析總結(jié)了大學(xué)校園文化的特征和變化；第四章提出科學(xué)發(fā)展觀視域下的大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)構(gòu)想；第五章從科學(xué)發(fā)展觀視角深入探討我國大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)的實(shí)施原則和路徑。將科學(xué)發(fā)展觀這一方法論原則應(yīng)用到大學(xué)校園文化的建設(shè)中，就是為了更好地達(dá)成大學(xué)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)，運(yùn)用統(tǒng)籌兼顧的方法手段協(xié)調(diào)好大學(xué)各方面建設(shè)，在“以人為本”的價值導(dǎo)向下，解決建設(shè)什么樣的大學(xué)，怎樣建設(shè)大學(xué)，培養(yǎng)什么樣的人才，怎樣培養(yǎng)人才的問題。只有這樣，我國大學(xué)才能在當(dāng)前充滿機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)的時代背景下，實(shí)現(xiàn)既符合自身?xiàng)l件又能為社會主義文化大繁榮大發(fā)展作出貢獻(xiàn)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's society and economy, and with the coming of globalization, the universities of our country have got unprecedented development in this background, but also brought about some problems in the development. For example, the material construction of the university is ahead, the development of human being is lagging behind, some of the research results of the university are marginalized, and the university can not develop in a comprehensive and coordinated way. By analyzing these problems and comparing the characteristics of successful universities at home and abroad, it is found that the core means to solve these problems are to study campus culture and science. Talent training organically combines to form a trinity of construction means and then to achieve the goal of social services. This paper is divided into five chapters to make a thorough analysis and discussion on the construction of university campus culture in China. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and research methods of this topic; The second chapter is the cognition of campus culture and the problems and reasons of campus culture construction in China. It is divided into the definition of the concept of university campus culture, the combing of the general knowledge content of the university campus culture, and the author's summary of the existing problems and the analysis of the reasons for the construction of the university campus culture in our country. The third chapter summarizes the characteristics and changes of campus culture through comparative analysis of the cases of famous universities at home and abroad, the fourth chapter puts forward the concept of university campus culture construction under the view of scientific development view. Chapter five probes into the implementing principles and paths of campus culture construction in China from the perspective of scientific development view. Applying the methodological principle of scientific development concept to the construction of university campus culture is to better achieve the goal of university sustainable development, and to coordinate all aspects of university construction by means of comprehensive consideration. Under the value guidance of "people-oriented", the problems of what kind of university to build, how to build university, what kind of talents to cultivate and how to train talents are solved. Only in this way can the universities in our country realize the development which not only conforms to their own conditions but also contributes to the great prosperity and development of socialist culture under the background of the present era full of opportunities and challenges.
