【摘要】：隨著我國體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,特別全民健身計劃的頒布和實施以后,我國的大眾體育得到了高速的發(fā)展,我國大眾體育事業(yè)邁上了一個新的臺階,高速發(fā)展的同時自然的就增加了社會體育專業(yè)人才的需求。同時,隨著大眾體育的發(fā)展,人們的大眾體育的認識也越來越充分,對通過體育鍛煉達到健身的意識越來越強烈,對健身的要求越來越高,從而對專業(yè)體育指導(dǎo)的需求越來越大,就急需大量的能夠?qū)Υ蟊婓w育進行專業(yè)指導(dǎo)的社會體育人才。 從1993年天津體育學(xué)院創(chuàng)辦社會體育專業(yè)以來,20年間社會體育的發(fā)展雖然取得了長足的進步,但一些調(diào)查研究卻發(fā)現(xiàn)社會體育專業(yè)人才的就業(yè)情況卻也不容樂觀,人民群眾對社會體育專業(yè)人才的需求與社會體育專業(yè)人才數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的供應(yīng)之間存在很大的矛盾,其中必然存在很多的問題。本文通過考察大量的文獻資料,對相關(guān)專家進行訪問,在濰坊市區(qū)的多個社區(qū)以及體育俱樂部進行調(diào)查,并主要對山東省高校畢業(yè)的一些社會體育專業(yè)的學(xué)生進行了訪問與調(diào)查。就目前濰坊地區(qū)大眾體育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及社會體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況進行對比分析,通過其中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問題,從大眾體育發(fā)展的角度審視對社會體育專業(yè)人才的需求,希望為促進大眾體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展和全面健身計劃的實施提供一定的參考價值,同時希望為社會體育專業(yè)人才的就業(yè)提供一定的幫助。 從社會體育專業(yè)人才的就業(yè)狀況,就業(yè)去向,就業(yè)率，就業(yè)意向可以分析得出： 需求量大,供應(yīng)量也很大,卻構(gòu)不成供應(yīng)關(guān)系,這與我國大眾體育發(fā)展的體制也有很大的關(guān)系,發(fā)展建設(shè)不夠健全,致使沒有相應(yīng)的崗位編制,不能為大眾體育專業(yè)人才提供安置。不僅造成人才培養(yǎng)的浪費,對社會體育目標的達成也帶來了很多的不利影響。政府部門要加強社會體育發(fā)展的調(diào)控,認清社會體育發(fā)展的形勢,大力開展全民健身活動,設(shè)立相應(yīng)的崗位來滿足社會對體育專業(yè)人才的需求,同時可以滿足人民大眾對社會體育健身運動的需求。加強全民健身事業(yè)的宣傳,使人民群眾真正的了解到全民健身事業(yè)的好處,更好的促進大眾體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 隨著我國體育事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,大眾體育也在不斷的變化之中,高校在課程設(shè)置時,應(yīng)針對市場需要進行課程設(shè)置,積極的進行社會體育專業(yè)人才的實踐課程培養(yǎng),實時了解大眾體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,讓社會體育專業(yè)人才更好的貼近人民生活當(dāng)中。社會體育的發(fā)展前景從社會體育專業(yè)設(shè)置以來就已經(jīng)表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)勢,社會體育專業(yè)人才大多是社會中的應(yīng)用型人才、專門型人才和復(fù)合型人才,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中應(yīng)抓住學(xué)習(xí)機會,充分利用學(xué)校及社會資源,明確自己的定位,提高自身優(yōu)勢,為全民健身事業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻自己的力量。
[Abstract]:With the development of sports in our country, especially the promulgation and implementation of the National Fitness Program, the mass sports in our country has been developing at a high speed, and the mass sports in our country has advanced to a new level. High-speed development at the same time naturally increased the demand for social sports professionals. At the same time, with the development of mass sports, people's awareness of mass sports is becoming more and more complete, the awareness of fitness through physical exercise is becoming stronger and stronger, and the requirements for fitness are becoming higher and higher. As a result, the demand for professional sports guidance is increasing, and a large number of social sports talents who can provide professional guidance to mass sports are in urgent need. Although the development of social sports has made great progress in the 20 years since the establishment of social sports major in Tianjin Institute of physical Education in 1993, some investigations have found that the employment situation of social sports professionals is not optimistic. There is a great contradiction between the people's demand for social sports professionals and the supply of social sports professionals' quantity and quality, among which there must be many problems. Based on a large number of literature and materials, this paper interviews with relevant experts, and investigates in many communities and sports clubs in Weifang urban area. And mainly to the Shandong Province university graduates some social sports major student has carried on the interview and the investigation. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the current situation of the development of mass sports in Weifang area and the employment situation of the graduates of social sports major, and examines the demand for social sports professionals from the point of view of the development of mass sports through some problems found in it. It is hoped that it will provide some reference value for promoting the development of mass sports and the implementation of overall fitness plan, and at the same time provide some help for the employment of social sports professionals. From the employment situation, employment direction, employment rate, employment intention of social sports professionals can be analyzed: There is a large demand and a large supply, but there is no supply relationship. This also has a great bearing on the development system of mass sports in China. The development and construction are not sound enough, resulting in no corresponding post establishment. Cannot provide the placement for the masses sports specialized talented person. It not only leads to the waste of talent training, but also brings a lot of adverse effects to the achievement of social sports goals. Government departments should strengthen the regulation and control of the development of social sports, recognize the situation of the development of social sports, vigorously carry out national fitness activities, and establish corresponding posts to meet the needs of the society for sports professionals. At the same time, it can meet the needs of the public for social sports and fitness. Strengthen the publicity of the cause of national fitness, so that the people really understand the benefits of the cause of national fitness, better promote the development of mass sports. With the rapid development of sports in our country, mass sports is constantly changing. When setting up courses, colleges and universities should set up courses to meet the needs of the market, and actively train social sports professionals' practical courses. Real-time understanding of the development of mass sports, so that social sports professionals better close to the people's life. The development prospect of social sports has shown its advantages since the establishment of social sports major. Most of the social sports professionals are applied talents, specialized talents and compound talents. Students should seize learning opportunities, make full use of school and social resources, define their own position, improve their own advantages, and contribute their own strength to the development of national fitness cause.
