【摘要】：當(dāng)下,經(jīng)濟全球化以及世界政治格局多極化趨勢日益明顯,中國社會主義和諧社會建設(shè)也處在關(guān)鍵時期的新形勢下,大學(xué)生群體作為建設(shè)社會的主力軍群體,在高校教育體系中,思想政治教育和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃對該群體的成長來說都具有極其重要的建設(shè)性意義,都是為促進大學(xué)生個體長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展服務(wù)的,大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中潛藏著豐富的思想政治教育資源,充分運用思想政治教育開展職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,是社會發(fā)展的迫切要求,也是新時期全方位開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)實需要。 新時期的大學(xué)生思想和行為出現(xiàn)了許多新特點,大學(xué)生的新變化無疑是思想政治教育的新機遇和挑戰(zhàn),所以若仍沿用過去的老思路來施行思想政治教育,難以起到良好的效果。因此,為適應(yīng)新形勢發(fā)展的要求,深入研究大學(xué)生思想活動的新特點,探索思想政治教育對大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃全面發(fā)展的規(guī)律和方法,成為當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育發(fā)展的重要任務(wù)。 本文試圖通過闡釋高校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與思想政治教育的關(guān)系,分析當(dāng)前高校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育運用和指導(dǎo)的狀況,以探討思想政治教育與大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有機互動的問題,實現(xiàn)思想政治教育對大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的有效性指導(dǎo)。 本文運用文獻綜述、問卷調(diào)研的研究方法,本著理論與實踐相結(jié)合的原則,試圖以大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展為目的,研究思想政治教育對大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)作用,創(chuàng)新思想政治教育體系。通過此次的研究所得出的科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題,探討實現(xiàn)高校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育中思想政治教育有效指導(dǎo)性的對策,進而提出針對性的可行性意見以供現(xiàn)實參考。
[Abstract]:At present, the trend of economic globalization and multipolarization of world political pattern is increasingly obvious, and the construction of China's socialist harmonious society is also in the new situation of the key period. College students are the main force groups in the construction of the society. In the education system of colleges and universities, ideological and political education and career planning are of extremely important and constructive significance for the growth of this group, and both serve to promote the long-term development of college students. There are abundant resources of ideological and political education hidden in college students' career planning. It is an urgent requirement of social development to make full use of ideological and political education to carry out career planning education. It is also the realistic need of carrying out the ideological and political education of college students in all aspects in the new period. There are many new characteristics of college students' thoughts and behaviors in the new period, and the new changes of college students are undoubtedly the new opportunities and challenges of ideological and political education. Therefore, it is difficult to carry out ideological and political education with the same old ideas as used in the past. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the development of the new situation, to deeply study the new characteristics of college students' ideological activities, to explore the law and methods of the comprehensive development of ideological and political education for college students' career planning. It has become an important task for the development of college students' ideological and political education. This paper attempts to explain the relationship between college career planning and ideological and political education, and to analyze the application and guidance of ideological and political education in the current career planning of colleges and universities. In order to explore the organic interaction between ideological and political education and college students' career planning, the effective guidance of ideological and political education for college students' career planning can be realized. Based on the principle of combining theory with practice, this paper attempts to study the guiding effect of ideological and political education on the career planning of college students by means of literature review and questionnaire investigation. To innovate the ideological and political education system. Through the analysis of the scientific data obtained from this research, we can find out the problems, analyze the problems, and explore the effective guiding countermeasures to realize the ideological and political education in the career planning education of colleges and universities. And then put forward targeted feasibility advice for practical reference.
