【摘要】：電子學(xué)檔是隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的一種新的評價方式,是實現(xiàn)過程評價的有力工具,利于學(xué)生的自我反思。大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價是評價大學(xué)生四年學(xué)習(xí)狀況的一個很好的評價機制,然而,目前的評價體系主要是以量化評價為主,以總結(jié)性評價的形式展現(xiàn)結(jié)果,缺乏質(zhì)化評價與過程性評價方式。為改變這種現(xiàn)狀,更好的完善綜合素質(zhì)評價體系,本次研究將電子學(xué)檔與大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,開發(fā)出面向大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價的電子學(xué)檔系統(tǒng),將質(zhì)化評價與量化評價、過程性評價與總結(jié)性評價更好的統(tǒng)一起來。 本次研究按“綜合——分解——再綜合”的思路進行的。將學(xué)生的總體表現(xiàn)細(xì)化為幾個部分(學(xué)習(xí)成果的整理與收集、反思日志、個人榮譽與社會實踐),學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的情況有選擇的上傳各項記錄,這體現(xiàn)的是由綜合到分解的過程。對于學(xué)生的各項記錄,均有質(zhì)化和量化評價,評價采用教師評價、學(xué)生評價、自我評價相結(jié)合的形式,質(zhì)化評價通過主觀形式發(fā)表評價觀點,量性評價采用打分的形式記錄學(xué)生各項的表現(xiàn)情況。最終設(shè)計綜合素質(zhì)評價系統(tǒng),即學(xué)生的各項表現(xiàn)的一個匯總,這體現(xiàn)的是由分解到綜合的過程。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,輔以原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計開發(fā),以檢驗研究成果的有效性。 論文共分為五個部分,即緒論、電子學(xué)檔概述、大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價、面向大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價的電子學(xué)檔系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)、總結(jié)與反思。 第一章,緒論部分主要是對研究課題的背景、意義和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,提出研究的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和方法。 第二章,主要介紹電子學(xué)檔的定義、分類、內(nèi)容,總結(jié)出電子學(xué)檔的特點。 第三章,在對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價的涵義、原則及意義,然后分析總結(jié)出大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容、具體的評價指標(biāo)內(nèi)容、評價方式及評價結(jié)果。 第四章,主要分析總結(jié)面向大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價的電子學(xué)檔系統(tǒng)的必要性及該系統(tǒng)的整體規(guī)劃、功能設(shè)計、開發(fā)與實現(xiàn)。 第五章,對全文的總結(jié)與反思。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, electronics is a new evaluation method. It is a powerful tool to realize process evaluation and is conducive to students' self-reflection. The comprehensive quality evaluation of college students is a good evaluation mechanism to evaluate the learning status of college students in four years. However, the current evaluation system mainly focuses on quantitative evaluation and presents the results in the form of summative evaluation. Lack of qualitative evaluation and process evaluation. In order to change the present situation and improve the comprehensive quality evaluation system, this study combines the electronic file with the comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students, and develops an electronic file system to evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students. Qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, process evaluation and summation evaluation are better unified. This study is based on the idea of "synthesis-decomposition-re-synthesis". The overall performance of students is divided into several parts: the arrangement and collection of learning achievements, the journal of reflection, the personal honor and social practice, and the students' selective uploading of records according to their own situation, which reflects the process from synthesis to decomposition. For each record of students, there are qualitative and quantitative evaluation. The evaluation adopts the form of teacher evaluation, student evaluation and self-evaluation. The qualitative evaluation expresses the evaluation viewpoint through subjective form. The quantitative evaluation records the students' performance in the form of scoring. Finally, a comprehensive quality evaluation system is designed, that is, a summary of students' performance, which reflects the process from decomposition to synthesis. On the basis of theoretical research, the prototype system is designed and developed to verify the validity of the research results. The paper is divided into five parts: introduction, overview of electronic documents, comprehensive quality evaluation of college students, design and development of electronic records system for college students' comprehensive quality evaluation, summary and reflection. In the first chapter, the introduction is mainly about the background, significance and current situation of research at home and abroad, and puts forward the objectives, contents and methods of the research. The second chapter mainly introduces the definition, classification and content of electronic file, and summarizes the characteristics of electronic file. The third chapter, on the basis of the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, introduces the meaning, principles and significance of the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students, and then analyzes and summarizes the content of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students, and the concrete evaluation index content. Evaluation methods and results. In the fourth chapter, the necessity of the electronic file system for college students' comprehensive quality evaluation is analyzed and summarized, and the overall planning, function design, development and implementation of the system are also discussed.
