新建地方本科院校軟實(shí)力建設(shè)的研究

【摘要】:“軟實(shí)力”這個(gè)概念由美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪政治學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)約瑟夫·奈(Josefh. S.Nye Jr)于20世紀(jì)90年代提出,隨后國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于軟實(shí)力的研究也大多以國(guó)家或企業(yè)作為研究主體。將軟實(shí)力代入學(xué)校尤其是高等學(xué)校,對(duì)大學(xué)軟實(shí)力進(jìn)行研究則是近幾年興起的,總體來說,研究所涉及的量較少。隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來以及教育的國(guó)際化,高等教育在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步中扮演著日益重要的角色。為響應(yīng)國(guó)家教育部的號(hào)召、加速“精英教育”向“大眾化教育”的推進(jìn),1999年開始大批?茖W(xué)校開始走重組合并之路,組建成“新建地方本科院校”。這些新建地方本科院校的形成保證了我國(guó)高等教育大擴(kuò)招的進(jìn)程和質(zhì)量,構(gòu)成了我國(guó)高等教育體系中一支重要的分支力量。作為高等教育的重要組成部分,新建地方本科院校應(yīng)不斷思考如何保障我國(guó)高等教育的整體水平,如何在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中求得自身的生存和發(fā)展。本文以軟實(shí)力形成理論為依據(jù),以中國(guó)新建地方本科院校為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)所搜集的大量文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用歷史研究法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、對(duì)比分析法、理性思辨法等科學(xué)研究方法并結(jié)合實(shí)際,全面系統(tǒng)地分析了大學(xué)軟實(shí)力建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、必要性以及目標(biāo)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從現(xiàn)實(shí)角度出發(fā),對(duì)新建地方本科院校在軟實(shí)力建設(shè)中存在的主要問題及影響因素進(jìn)行全面分析,最后提出了提升新建地方本科院校軟實(shí)力的七條策略。希望通過本論文,可以引發(fā)新建地方本科院校的管理決策者就怎樣正確理解大學(xué)軟實(shí)力的概念、怎樣將軟實(shí)力理論積極地應(yīng)用于院校的生存和發(fā)展以及怎樣立足實(shí)情、培育和提升自身軟實(shí)力等一系列問題的思考。
[Abstract]:The concept of "soft power" was introduced by Josefh Josefh, dean of Kennedy School of Politics at Harvard University. S.Nye Jr was put forward in the 1990s, and the research on soft power at home and abroad was mainly focused on the state or enterprise. The research on soft power in universities, especially in colleges and universities, has arisen in recent years. In general, the amount involved in the research is relatively small. With the arrival of knowledge economy and the internationalization of education, higher education plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development and progress of economic society. In order to respond to the call of the Ministry of Education and speed up the promotion of "elite education" to "popular education", a large number of colleges and universities began to take the road of reorganization and merger in 1999 and set up "newly established local colleges and universities". The formation of these newly established local undergraduate colleges ensures the process and quality of enrollment expansion of higher education in China and constitutes an important branch of our higher education system. As an important part of higher education, new local colleges and universities should constantly think about how to ensure the overall level of higher education in our country, how to obtain their own survival and development in the fierce competition environment. Based on the theory of soft power formation, this paper takes the newly established local undergraduate colleges in China as the research object, on the basis of analyzing and studying a large number of documents collected, using the methods of historical research, literature research and comparative analysis. This paper analyzes the connotation, necessity and goal of the construction of university soft power in a comprehensive and systematic way by means of rational thinking and other scientific research methods combined with practice. On this basis, from the point of view of reality, this paper comprehensively analyzes the main problems and influencing factors existing in the construction of soft power in newly established local undergraduate colleges and universities, and finally puts forward seven strategies to enhance the soft power of newly established local undergraduate colleges. It is hoped that through this paper, the management decision makers of newly established local colleges and universities can understand the concept of university soft power correctly, how to apply the theory of soft power to the survival and development of colleges and universities and how to base themselves on the actual situation. Cultivation and promotion of their own soft power and a series of issues.
