【摘要】：隨著對(duì)教師專業(yè)化認(rèn)識(shí)的深入和基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的推進(jìn)，教師教育的改革和發(fā)展受到了越來(lái)越廣泛的關(guān)注。高等院校師范生職前學(xué)校教育作為教師教育體系中培養(yǎng)教師的主渠道，其地位不容忽視，它給師范生提供的是一種職業(yè)準(zhǔn)備教育，幫助其及早進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃并做好今后教師職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的職前準(zhǔn)備。同時(shí)，自師范生就業(yè)市場(chǎng)化以來(lái)，高等院校師范生在我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)愈發(fā)嚴(yán)峻的大背景下也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，這使得對(duì)高等院校師范生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育問題的探討具有了更多的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。基于以上考慮，本研究選擇了高等院校師范生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育作為研究主題。 本論文以江西省不同層次的三所高等院校為研究對(duì)象，采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、和問卷調(diào)查法，，旨在通過實(shí)證調(diào)查，了解江西省高等院校師范生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題，并對(duì)促進(jìn)其職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育有效進(jìn)行的對(duì)策加以思考和探究，以期促進(jìn)江西省高等院校師范生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育實(shí)施的有效性，提高其實(shí)施的價(jià)值。 調(diào)查主要從學(xué)校工作現(xiàn)狀、教師和行政人員訪談情況、學(xué)生問卷調(diào)查和訪談情況及相關(guān)教育文獻(xiàn)分析幾方面展開。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，近幾年來(lái)各高等院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃相關(guān)工作取得了可喜的變化，但作為一個(gè)正在發(fā)展著的新事物，職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育存在著諸多亟待解決的問題，主要表現(xiàn)在如下方面：（1）師生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育意識(shí)有待于進(jìn)一步提高；（2）職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育課程建設(shè)缺乏系統(tǒng)性、特色性和有效性；（3）職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育方式單一，學(xué)生滿意度不高；（4）職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育師資力量有待于進(jìn)一步充實(shí)，并增強(qiáng)其專業(yè)化程度。 針對(duì)上述問題，筆者對(duì)促進(jìn)江西省高等院校師范生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育有效進(jìn)行提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議：（1）強(qiáng)化觀念更新，提高師生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育意識(shí)；（2）加強(qiáng)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的課程建設(shè)；（3）開發(fā)多元化職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育方式，提升學(xué)生滿意度；（4）完善師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，提高職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的有效性；
[Abstract]:With the deepening of teachers' professional understanding and the promotion of basic education curriculum reform, the reform and development of teacher education has been paid more and more attention. As the main channel to train teachers in the teacher education system, the pre-service school education of normal students in colleges and universities can not be ignored. It provides a kind of vocational preparation education to normal students. Help them plan their career early and prepare for their future career development. At the same time, since the marketization of the employment of normal college students, normal college students are facing enormous challenges under the background of the increasingly severe employment situation of college students in China. This makes it more practical significance to probe into the problem of career planning education for normal college students. Based on the above considerations, this study chooses the career planning education of normal college students as the research topic. This paper takes three colleges and universities of different levels in Jiangxi Province as the research object, adopts the literature method, the interview method, and the questionnaire survey method, aims to pass the empirical investigation. To understand the present situation and main problems of career planning education for normal college students in Jiangxi Province, and to probe into the countermeasures to promote their career planning education effectively. The purpose of this paper is to promote the effectiveness and value of career planning education for normal college students in Jiangxi Province. The investigation is mainly carried out from the aspects of the present situation of school work, the interview of teachers and administrators, the survey and interview of students, and the analysis of relevant educational documents. Through the investigation, it is found that the relevant work of career planning in colleges and universities has made gratifying changes in recent years, but as a new thing that is developing, there are many problems to be solved urgently in career planning education. The main manifestations are as follows: 1) the awareness of teachers and students' career planning education needs to be further improved) the curriculum construction of career planning education lacks systematicness, and the characteristics and effectiveness of the curriculum are less than 3) the mode of career planning education is single. 4) the teaching staff of career planning need to be further enriched, and their specialization should be enhanced. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward the following suggestions to promote the education of career planning for normal college students in Jiangxi Province as follows: to strengthen the concept of renewal. (2) strengthening the curriculum construction of career planning education; (3) developing diversified education methods of career planning; improving students' satisfaction; (4) improving the construction of teachers' staff; Improving the effectiveness of career planning education;
