美國(guó)高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)高等教育的大眾化發(fā)展及高校本科生、研究生的持續(xù)擴(kuò)招,高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)難問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻,越來(lái)越多的畢業(yè)生在面臨畢業(yè)擇業(yè)時(shí)感到迷茫與困惑,由此引發(fā)的社會(huì)問(wèn)題及惡性事件也日益增多,成為全社會(huì)和每個(gè)家庭關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。因此,解決好畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題不僅僅關(guān)系到每個(gè)高校健康發(fā)展,以及聲譽(yù)的維護(hù)和地位的提升,更關(guān)系到整個(gè)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題。每所高校都應(yīng)高度重視這個(gè)問(wèn)題,做好畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作。 實(shí)施就業(yè)指導(dǎo)需要借助相應(yīng)的手段,其主要手段就是就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課。我國(guó)大多數(shù)高校雖已開(kāi)設(shè)了此門課程,有的并已開(kāi)設(shè)了多年,取得了不少成績(jī),但從總體上來(lái)看效果并不是十分理想,就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程理論體系也不健全,此方面的研究與其他課程相比也較薄弱。 美國(guó)是就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的發(fā)源地,其在就業(yè)指導(dǎo)理論和實(shí)踐上有著相當(dāng)豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)理論的梳理,從課程理論的視角,通過(guò)案例對(duì)美國(guó)高校的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課進(jìn)行了比較全面、深入的研究,以期借鑒其經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國(guó)的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程建設(shè)有所啟示和指導(dǎo)。文章共分為五部分: 第一章“緒論”部分主要闡述研究背景和研究意義、核心概念界定及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述,構(gòu)建論文研究框架;第二章主要介紹西方就業(yè)指導(dǎo)理論基礎(chǔ)及其課程設(shè)置的理論基礎(chǔ);第三章梳理美國(guó)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的發(fā)展歷程,介紹美國(guó)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程的設(shè)置情況,包括其設(shè)置的目標(biāo)、作用與特點(diǎn)等,并在其后輔以實(shí)際案例;第四章先以兩所美國(guó)大學(xué)為例描述了美國(guó)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程的實(shí)施情況并總結(jié)了其特點(diǎn),之后介紹了美國(guó)高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程評(píng)價(jià)方面的研究:第五章基于我國(guó)高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程現(xiàn)狀,探討美國(guó)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程在設(shè)置、實(shí)施和評(píng)價(jià)方面對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示及經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the popularization of higher education in our country and the continuous expansion of undergraduate and graduate students, the employment problem of college graduates is becoming more and more serious, and more and more graduates feel confused and confused when they are faced with job selection. The resulting social problems and malignant events are also increasing, becoming the focus of attention of the whole society and every family. Therefore, to solve the employment problem of graduates is not only related to the healthy development of each university, as well as the maintenance of reputation and promotion of status, but also related to the stability of the whole society. Each university should attach great importance to this problem and do a good job guidance for graduates. The implementation of employment guidance needs the help of the corresponding means, its main means is the employment guidance class. Although most colleges and universities in our country have set up this course, some of them have been set up for many years and have made a lot of achievements, the overall effect is not very ideal, and the theoretical system of employment guidance curriculum is not perfect. Research in this area is also weak compared with other courses. America is the birthplace of employment guidance, which has rich experience in the theory and practice of employment guidance. Through combing the theory of employment guidance, from the perspective of curriculum theory, this paper makes a more comprehensive and in-depth study of the employment guidance course in American colleges and universities through a case study. In order to draw lessons from its experience to our country's employment guidance curriculum construction enlightenment and guidance. The article is divided into five parts: The first chapter "introduction" mainly elaborates the research background and research significance, the core concept definition and the domestic and foreign research summary, constructs the thesis research frame, the second chapter mainly introduces the western employment guidance theory foundation and the curriculum theory foundation; The third chapter combs the American employment guidance development history, introduces the American employment guidance curriculum establishment situation, including its establishment goal, the function and the characteristic and so on, and then adjusts with the actual case; In the fourth chapter, two American universities are taken as an example to describe the implementation of employment guidance courses in the United States and summarize their characteristics. Then it introduces the research on the evaluation of employment guidance courses in American colleges and universities: the fifth chapter is based on the present situation of employment guidance courses in our country, and discusses the enlightenment and experience of American employment guidance courses in setting, implementing and evaluating.
