【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生信任關(guān)系是高校學(xué)生管理工作能否有效開展的前提,對于維護校園穩(wěn)定和和諧校園建設(shè)有著重要價值。高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍承擔(dān)著大學(xué)生的思想教育和日常管理工作。輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的承擔(dān)者,是高校思想政治教育工作隊伍的重要組成部分,肩負(fù)著大量的思想教育、政治教育工作,既是提高大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的導(dǎo)師,又是大學(xué)生良好道德品質(zhì)的培育者。作為學(xué)校思想教育的組織者和實施者,輔導(dǎo)員直接面對著眾多的在校大學(xué)生,承擔(dān)著引導(dǎo)他們樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀,指引他們確定遠(yuǎn)大的人生目標(biāo)和崇高理想的工作職責(zé)；此外,輔導(dǎo)員還承擔(dān)著心理導(dǎo)師和生活導(dǎo)師的角色,在日常生活隨時幫助解決大學(xué)生在思想上遇到的各種困惑和生活中遇到的各種難題。作為大學(xué)生良好道德品質(zhì)的引導(dǎo)者,輔導(dǎo)員往往以身體力行引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生在日常生活中知榮辱、講文明；作為道德教育的實施者,輔導(dǎo)員通過對大學(xué)生進行責(zé)任教育、感恩教育、紀(jì)律教育、公德教育,幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確道德觀和價值觀。要完成如此復(fù)雜而瑣碎的管理和教育工作,高校輔導(dǎo)員和學(xué)生之間能否建立信任關(guān)系就至為關(guān)鍵。本文的研究就是為了在師生間能夠建立一種相互信任的關(guān)系,從而有利于促進學(xué)校和諧發(fā)展和學(xué)生自身發(fā)展。 大學(xué)階段是個體人際信任形成、發(fā)展的重要階段,大學(xué)生的人際信任水平對大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系的建立有著直接的影響,也將影響到他們的心理健康水平和對社會的適應(yīng)水平。在新的歷史發(fā)展時期,時代快速發(fā)展,新鮮事物不斷涌出,高校大學(xué)生群體在思想觀念和價值趨向等方面都發(fā)生了很大的變化,主要體現(xiàn)在自我創(chuàng)新的主體意識,個性意識和參與意識的不斷增強,價值的判斷多元化,思想觀念的日益復(fù)雜等等。所以傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生管理工作在管理方式以及觀念方面都面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),并且存在諸多不足和需要改善的地方。大學(xué)生正處于生理和心理趨向成熟的時期。處于從依賴心理逐步走向自我獨立狀態(tài),從自我意識不足到強烈的個性張揚的心理轉(zhuǎn)型過渡階段。但現(xiàn)實的社會生活中,大學(xué)生日益承受來自學(xué)習(xí)、經(jīng)濟、人際關(guān)系、就業(yè)等各方面壓力,心理異常和心理疾病成為大學(xué)生健康成長的巨大障礙。輔導(dǎo)員是教師群體中與大學(xué)生交往、溝通最密切的人,也就間接成為學(xué)生心理疏導(dǎo)者和心理衛(wèi)生知識的傳播者,幫助大學(xué)生心理健康成長。近年來,高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力嚴(yán)峻,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生正確擇業(yè)是高校應(yīng)對就業(yè)壓力的必要舉措。隨著教育體制改革的進一步深化,大學(xué)生自主擇業(yè)和主動創(chuàng)業(yè)成為重要的就業(yè)形式。就業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)涉及到大學(xué)生及家庭的利益,牽涉到國家和社會的利益,是構(gòu)建和諧校園的重要環(huán)節(jié)。輔導(dǎo)員有責(zé)任和義務(wù)幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀和創(chuàng)業(yè)觀,對大學(xué)生進行針對性的擇業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)的指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn),幫助他們順利走上工作崗位,適應(yīng)職業(yè)生活。輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生日常生活的管理者,承擔(dān)著大量的日常生活管理和日常教學(xué)管理工作。從初入大學(xué)校園到畢業(yè)找工作,大學(xué)生每天的學(xué)習(xí)生活中都穿插著輔導(dǎo)員忙碌的身影,日�？记�、早操點名、突發(fā)事件的處理以及學(xué)生評優(yōu)、評獎、發(fā)放困難補助、組織勤工儉學(xué)、違紀(jì)處理等等都是無不是由輔導(dǎo)員實施完成。學(xué)校的各項制度和通知都是經(jīng)過輔導(dǎo)員傳達到大學(xué)生。因此,大學(xué)生與輔導(dǎo)員之間的信任關(guān)系顯得更加重要,是各種問題能否得到解決的關(guān)鍵,是構(gòu)建和諧校園的基礎(chǔ)。 本論文旨在對我國高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生間信任關(guān)系研究的比較,調(diào)查其實踐過程中存在的主要問題并分析取產(chǎn)生原因,提出改進和完善我國高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生信任的關(guān)系的具體思路、途徑。 本論文由導(dǎo)論和五章正文及結(jié)語部分組成。 導(dǎo)論部分主要闡述了本論文選題的理由及研究目的、意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的概述,對一些主要概念進行了界定,以及本論文的主要內(nèi)容、邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)和研究方法。 第一章是對基本概念的界定。如高校輔導(dǎo)員的制度、高校學(xué)生管理工作、信任概念及其幾種主要信任類型-制度信任、人際信任、道德信任、教育信任等。 第二章是對高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生信任現(xiàn)狀的實證研究,通過針對輔導(dǎo)員群體與大學(xué)生群體分別展開隨機抽樣的問卷調(diào)查以及訪談,從輔導(dǎo)員和大學(xué)生各自在對方心目中的地位主觀評價,輔導(dǎo)員對自身職業(yè)地位的認(rèn)可程度及其工作狀況,學(xué)生對輔導(dǎo)員的認(rèn)可程度等進行調(diào)研,分析兩者之間的信任狀況及其存在的問題,以便于后文提出解決方案有據(jù)可循。 第三章輔導(dǎo)員與大學(xué)生的四種“信任博弈”分析及阻礙信任關(guān)系構(gòu)建的因素分析。通過分析四種信任博弈,并探索信任構(gòu)建的癥結(jié)因素,為構(gòu)建充滿信任的新型師生關(guān)系,創(chuàng)建諧校園創(chuàng)造基礎(chǔ)。 第四章是具體探討輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生信任關(guān)系存在的問題與原因分析。論文多層面地解析高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生信任關(guān)系構(gòu)建的阻礙因素,如社會因素、校園因素、心理、情感、道德因素、時間與人際親疏因素、專業(yè)能力及管理的因素,從而合理地得出,造成高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生信任度不足是綜合因素整合的結(jié)果。 第五章具體探討高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生信任關(guān)系構(gòu)建的思路與具體途徑。具體來說從宏觀層面如社會信任環(huán)境的改善、中觀層面如高校信任氛圍營造、微觀層面認(rèn)為應(yīng)從認(rèn)知層面、實踐層面、道德層面推進兩者的信任度。并強調(diào)構(gòu)建二者之間的信任關(guān)系的根本在于輔導(dǎo)員的工作態(tài)度、工作熱情以及工作能力。 論文最后指出,促進師生間的相互信任,通過各種形式構(gòu)建師生間的信任渠道,是構(gòu)建和諧校園,高校可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本之路。
[Abstract]:The trust relationship between college counselors and students is the prerequisite for the effective development of College Students' management work. It has an important value for maintaining the stability of the campus and building a harmonious campus. The team of college counselors undertakes the ideological and ideological education and daily management of college students. The counselors are the undertakers of the ideological and political education of college students and the ideological and ideological education. It is not only a tutor to improve the ideological and political quality of college students, but also a cultivator of good moral quality of college students. As the organizer and executor of the school ideological education, the auxiliary guide is faced with a large number of college students. The guide of the good moral quality of the college students, the counselors often guide the college students to know the honor and Disgrace in their daily life and speak the civilization. As the implementers of moral education, the counselors help college students to carry out the responsibility education, Thanksgiving education, discipline education and public morality education to help college students to set up a correct moral concept and values. Such a complex and trivial task of management and education is crucial to the establishment of a trust relationship between college counselors and students. This study is aimed at establishing a mutual trust between teachers and students so as to promote the harmonious development of the school and the development of the students themselves.
The university stage is an important stage for the formation and development of individual interpersonal trust. The level of interpersonal trust of college students has a direct impact on the establishment of College Students' interpersonal relationship. It will also affect their mental health level and the level of social adaptation. In the new historical development period, the times are developing rapidly, new things are pouring out and universities are big. There have been great changes in students' ideas and values, which are mainly embodied in the consciousness of the subject of self innovation, the increasing of the consciousness of individuality and participation, the diversification of the value judgment, the increasing complexity of the idea, and so on. So the traditional management of students is faced with the way of management and ideas. There are serious challenges, and there are many shortcomings and needs to be improved. College students are in a period of physiological and psychological maturity. They are in the transitional stage of psychological transition from dependence on psychology to self independence, from lack of self consciousness to strong personality. But in real social life, college students are increasingly accepting From the pressure of learning, economy, interpersonal relationship and employment, psychological and psychological disorders have become a great obstacle to the healthy growth of college students. The counselors are the people who communicate with the college students and communicate most closely. They also indirectly become the students' psychological guide and the disseminator of the knowledge of health and health, helping the college students' mental health. In recent years, the employment pressure of college graduates is severe. It is a necessary measure to guide college students to choose their jobs correctly. With the further deepening of the reform of the education system, college students' independent employment and initiative become an important form of employment. Employment and entrepreneurship involve the interests of college students and families, involving the country and the country. The benefit of the society is an important link in the construction of a harmonious campus. The counselors have the responsibility and obligation to help the college students to set up a correct view of career selection and entrepreneurship, carry out a targeted career selection, guide and train the college students, help them go to their jobs and adapt to their professional life. A lot of daily life management and daily teaching management work. From the beginning of the university campus to the graduation job, the college students' daily study and life are interspersed with the busy figures of the counselors, the daily attendance, the morning exercises, the handling of the emergencies, the evaluation of the students, the award, the grant of difficult subsidies, the organization of work study, the handling of disciplinary treatment, and so on. All the systems and notices of the school are carried out by the counselors. The school's systems and notices are communicated to the college students through the counselors. Therefore, the trust relationship between the college students and the counselors is more important. It is the key to the solution of all kinds of problems and the foundation for the construction of a harmonious campus.
The purpose of this thesis is to compare the research on the trust relationship between college counselors and students in our country, investigate the main problems in the process of practice and analyze the causes, and put forward the concrete ideas and ways to improve and improve the relationship between college counselors and students' trust in our country.
This paper is composed of introduction and five chapters.
The introduction part mainly expounds the reasons for the topic, the purpose of the study, the significance, the overview of the research status at home and abroad, the definition of some main concepts, the main contents of this paper, the logical structure and the research methods.
The first chapter is the definition of basic concepts, such as the system of college counselors, the management of college students, the concept of trust and some of the main types of trust - institutional trust, interpersonal trust, moral trust, and educational trust.
The second chapter is an empirical study on the status of college counselors and students' trust. Through the questionnaire survey and interviews on the random sampling of the Counselor Group and the college student group, the subjective evaluation of the status of the counselors and college students in their respective positions, the degree of recognition and work status of the counselors on their self career status, and the status of their work are also discussed. Students conduct research on the degree of accreditation of counselors, analyze the trust situation and their existing problems, so as to facilitate the solution of the problem.
The third chapter of the four "trust game" analysis of counselors and college students and the analysis of the factors that impede the construction of trust relationship. Through the analysis of four kinds of trust games, and exploring the crux factors of trust construction, to build a new relationship between teachers and students full of trust and create a foundation for the creation of a harmonious campus.
The fourth chapter is to discuss the problems and reasons of the relationship between Counselors and students. This paper analyzes the obstacles of building the trust relationship between college counselors and students, such as social factors, campus factors, psychological, emotional, moral factors, time and interpersonal factors, professional ability and management factors, so as to be reasonable. It is concluded that the lack of trust between college counselors and students is the result of integration of comprehensive factors.
The fifth chapter concretely probes into the ideas and specific ways of building the trust relationship between college counselors and students. From the macro level, such as the improvement of the social trust environment, the middle level, such as the building of the trust atmosphere in Colleges and universities, the micro level believes that the trust should be promoted from the cognitive level, the practical level and the moral level, and the construction of the two parties is emphasized. The fundamental relationship of trust lies in the Counselor's work attitude, enthusiasm and ability to work.
Finally, the thesis points out that promoting mutual trust between teachers and students and building trust channels between teachers and students through various forms is the fundamental way to build a harmonious campus and the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
