我國民辦高校人力資源危機識別與評價研究

【摘要】:隨著大眾化教育的普及,民辦高校作為我國高等教育重要的組成部分,為國家的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)輸送了大量的技術(shù)型、職業(yè)性、專業(yè)性人才。但是,目前教師人力資源的不足已成為制約民辦高校持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的瓶頸。因此,加強對民辦高校人力資源危機的識別和評價研究,具有理論和現(xiàn)實雙重意義。 筆者通過訪談、問卷調(diào)查等方式對我國部分民辦高校進行調(diào)查研究,通過實證分析我國民辦高校人力資源管理存在的問題,利用主成分分析法設(shè)計構(gòu)建了基于實證的、結(jié)合我國民辦高校特點的人力資源危機識別體系。 在實證分析中,本研究將我國民辦高校人力資源管理分成了四個層面:人才的引進吸收、保留、繼續(xù)教育、自我意愿,并利用人力資源危機識別模型針對各個層面可能出現(xiàn)的人力資源危機進行識別與評價,,繼而從該層面造成人力資源危機的成因進行多角度的分析,期望能為我國民辦高校人力資源管理的改革提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of popular education, private colleges and universities, as an important part of higher education in China, transport a large number of technical, professional and professional talents for the national economic construction. However, at present, the shortage of teachers' human resources has become the bottleneck restricting the sustainable and healthy development of private colleges and universities. Therefore, it is of both theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on the identification and evaluation of human resource crisis in private colleges and universities. By means of interviews and questionnaires, the author investigates and studies some private colleges and universities in China, analyzes the problems in human resource management of private colleges and universities in China empirically, and designs an empirical model based on the principal component analysis method. The identification system of human resource crisis based on the characteristics of private colleges and universities in China. In the empirical analysis, this study divides the human resource management of private universities into four levels: the introduction and absorption of talents, retention, continuing education, self-willingness, And use the human resource crisis identification model to identify and evaluate the human resource crisis that may occur at each level, and then analyze the causes of the human resource crisis from this level. It is expected to provide reference for the reform of human resource management in private colleges and universities in China.
