“60后”大學(xué)生與“90后”大學(xué)生思想行為特征的比較分析

【摘要】:隨著2008級(jí)大學(xué)生的入學(xué),高校迎來了首批大規(guī)模的“90后”大學(xué)生,,他們已經(jīng)逐漸代替“80后”成為當(dāng)前高校的主流群體。他們經(jīng)歷了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)變革,隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐漸完善,他們的思想行為與建國(guó)初期的大學(xué)生、“60后”、“70后”乃至“80后”相比有了很大的變化,出現(xiàn)了新的特質(zhì)和稟賦。正確認(rèn)識(shí)教育對(duì)象和教育環(huán)境,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地全面把握“90后”大學(xué)生的新特點(diǎn),既是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育重要而緊迫的任務(wù),也是增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性和針對(duì)性的需要。 本文以“60后”大學(xué)生與“90后”大學(xué)生思想行為特征比較分析為對(duì)象。首先運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查、實(shí)地訪談和群體座談等方式,以成都市十所大學(xué)為調(diào)查地點(diǎn),對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生在理想信念、公民道德、價(jià)值取向、愛國(guó)精神、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和消費(fèi)行為、戀愛行為、就業(yè)行為、休閑方式和學(xué)習(xí)方式等方面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析。其次,通過對(duì)“60后”大學(xué)生和“90后”大學(xué)生兩者之間的思想行為特征的比較,探析改革開放30多年大學(xué)生的思想行為特征的變化。同時(shí),面對(duì)這些變化,筆者提出了改進(jìn)高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的思路。筆者認(rèn)為,通過積極構(gòu)建新型的師生交流平臺(tái),加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè),深化思想政治理論教學(xué)的改革,豐富大學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)等措施,可以增強(qiáng)高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的貼近性、時(shí)效性、針對(duì)性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With the entrance of 2008 students, colleges and universities have welcomed the first batch of post-90s students, they have gradually replaced the "post-80s" to become the mainstream group of colleges and universities.They have experienced rapid economic growth and social transformation in China. With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, their ideological behavior and college students in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, "after 60,""after 70" and "after 80" compared with a great change, the emergence of new characteristics and endowment.It is an important and urgent task to correctly understand the educational object and educational environment and grasp the new characteristics of the post-90s college students in a timely and accurate manner, which is an important and urgent task to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students.It is also the need to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education of college students.This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of post-60 and 90-year-old college students.First of all, by means of questionnaires, field interviews and group discussions, and taking ten universities in Chengdu as the survey site, this paper analyzes the post-90s college students' ideals and beliefs, civic morality, value orientation, patriotism, learning attitude and consumption behavior.Love behavior, employment behavior, leisure style and learning style were investigated and analyzed.Secondly, by comparing the ideological and behavioral characteristics between the post-1960s and post-90s college students, this paper explores the changes of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of the college students in more than 30 years of reform and opening up.At the same time, in the face of these changes, the author puts forward the idea of improving the ideological and political education of college students.The author believes that by actively constructing a new communication platform between teachers and students, strengthening the construction of network culture, deepening the reform of ideological and political theory teaching, enriching the social practice activities of college students and so on,It can enhance the closeness, timeliness, pertinence and reality of college students' ideological and political education, and realize the work of ideological and political education of college students to keep pace with the times.
