【摘要】：在當(dāng)今社會變遷中,社會急速發(fā)展,從縱、橫向發(fā)展的速度看,社會的復(fù)雜性,使人們擔(dān)負(fù)著的社會角色越來越多,那么當(dāng)代研究生又擔(dān)負(fù)著什么樣的角色?首先是作為研究生,要努力的做研究,對國家做出自己的一份貢獻；其次,在家庭中,應(yīng)該尊敬家里的長輩,盡自己最大的力量去使他們身心都快樂和幸福；在社會中,很多研究生去做很多兼職,擔(dān)任多種臨時角色；那么作為社會單位中的一員,又要為了企業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻自己的力量,忠于企業(yè)等等,研究生還有很多其他的社會角色去擔(dān)當(dāng)。在研究生擔(dān)負(fù)的多重社會角色中有些是協(xié)調(diào)的,比如說對國家忠誠與在家做孝子這兩種角色是不沖突的,是一致的,有些則是沖突的,本文主要研究沖突的這方面。 本論文的研究取向是從角色沖突、消費社會理論的視角分析研究生的多重角色沖突的具體表現(xiàn),深入探討了導(dǎo)致研究生角色沖突的重要原因,并提出相應(yīng)的解決策略,為研究生如何有效的調(diào)適他們的角色沖突問題提供參考。 本文的內(nèi)容主要分為三個部分,第一部分是論述本文的理論基礎(chǔ),梳理研究生的應(yīng)然狀態(tài)應(yīng)該是什么樣的,比如說具有獨立的人格,創(chuàng)新精神和批判主義的特征,而研究生本身應(yīng)該扮演的角色是研究者的角色。第二部分結(jié)合調(diào)查的情況論述研究生目前扮演的多重社會角色引發(fā)沖突的實際表現(xiàn)情況。第三部分是本文的重點部分,深入探討了導(dǎo)致研究生的多重社會角色發(fā)生沖突的原因,在充分分析了這些原因的基礎(chǔ)上嘗試提出對研究生扮演多重社會角色導(dǎo)致角色沖突的幾點教育調(diào)適方法,以期能夠?qū)鉀Q矛盾有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In today's society in transition, the rapid development of society, from the longitudinal, horizontal development speed, the complexity of the society, the people responsible for the social role of more and more, so the contemporary graduate and plays what role? The first is as a graduate student to do research work, make a contribution to country; secondly, in the family, should respect the elders of the house, do their best to make their physical and mental pleasure and happiness; in society, many graduate students to do many part-time, as many temporary roles; then as a member of the social unit, but also for the development of enterprises to contribute their strength loyal to the enterprise, and so on, graduate students and many other social roles to play. In the graduate student take multiple social roles are coordinated, such as loyalty to the state and at home to do the two roles is not filial impulse It is unanimous, and some are conflicting. This article mainly studies the aspect of conflict.
The research orientation of this paper is to analyze the specific performance from role conflict, conflict of multiple roles of graduate students from the perspective of consumer society theory, in-depth study of the important cause of graduate role conflict, and puts forward corresponding solutions, to provide the reference for the role conflict of graduate students how to effectively adjust them.
The main content of this paper is divided into three parts, the first part discusses the theoretical basis of this paper, it combs the graduate should be what kind of, for example, have independent personality characteristics, the spirit of innovation and criticism, and graduate itself should play the role of the role of the actual performance of second. According to the survey of the situation of graduate students currently plays multiple roles conflict. The third part is the key part of this paper, discusses the causes of the conflict of multiple social roles, in the full analysis based on those reasons to try to put forward the graduate students play multiple roles in some education the adjustment method of role conflict, in order to have certain reference value to solve the contradiction.
