【摘要】：隨著我國高校招生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題日趨突出，一方面越來越多的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生面臨著“畢業(yè)即失業(yè)的困擾”；另一方面，在大學(xué)生的就業(yè)過程中又存在大學(xué)生就業(yè)難與用人單位招聘難的矛盾，出現(xiàn)了“有業(yè)不就”和“無業(yè)可就”的現(xiàn)象。盡管原因是多方面的，但目前高校大學(xué)生普遍缺乏科學(xué)的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃卻是一個(gè)不可忽視的重要原因。因此，在當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的大背景下，研究山西高校大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育問題就顯得尤為及時(shí)和重要。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查研究法、邏輯分析法等方法系統(tǒng)研究了山西省高校大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問題，并從高校和大學(xué)生兩方面對(duì)問題進(jìn)行了分析，，一定程度上彌補(bǔ)了學(xué)者過多注重分析高校而忽視學(xué)生本身的不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文運(yùn)用人本主義學(xué)習(xí)理論、認(rèn)知心理等理論，從高校人才培養(yǎng)模式的角度出發(fā)，構(gòu)建了符合山西高校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育體系與創(chuàng)新型的人才培養(yǎng)模式，把校企結(jié)合的職業(yè)教育模式應(yīng)用到高校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育中，提出了三位一體的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育新模式。此外，本文還從高校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的重視程度和提高大學(xué)生個(gè)人的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃能力等方面提出了解決對(duì)策。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于提出了三位一體的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的新模式，從而使我們能夠更全面的發(fā)現(xiàn)和認(rèn)識(shí)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育中存在的問題，并據(jù)此提出解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China, the problem of employment difficulties for college students is becoming increasingly prominent. On the one hand, more and more college graduates are faced with the problem of "graduation is unemployment"; on the other hand,In the process of college students' employment, there is a contradiction between the employment difficulties of college students and the recruitment difficulties of employing units, and the phenomena of "not having jobs" and "having no jobs" appear.Although the reasons are various, the lack of scientific career planning is an important reason that can not be ignored.Therefore, under the background of the current employment difficulties of college students, it is very timely and important to study the career planning education of college students in Shanxi Province.This paper systematically studies the status quo and existing problems of career planning education of college students in Shanxi Province by the methods of literature, investigation and logic analysis, and analyzes the problems from the two aspects of universities and college students.To a certain extent, scholars pay too much attention to the analysis of colleges and universities, ignoring the students themselves.On this basis, this paper applies the theory of humanism learning and cognitive psychology, and from the perspective of talent training mode in colleges and universities, constructs the education system and innovative talent training model in accordance with the career planning of Shanxi colleges and universities.The combination of school and enterprise is applied to the career planning education in colleges and universities, and a new model of career planning education is put forward.In addition, this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the following aspects: to strengthen the education of career planning in colleges and universities, and to improve the ability of individual career planning of college students.The innovation of this paper is to put forward a new model of the trinity career planning education, so that we can find and understand the problems in the career planning education more comprehensively, and put forward the countermeasures accordingly.
