【摘要】:新建本科院校由于歷史原因,存在規(guī)模偏小、資金不足、師資隊(duì)伍中人才匱乏等問(wèn)題,特別是師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)薄弱,已經(jīng)影響到教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的進(jìn)一步提高。教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的組建可以較好的促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)教學(xué)研討和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流,使教師整體素質(zhì)得到提高,具有輻射效應(yīng)。彌補(bǔ)因人才匱乏導(dǎo)致的教學(xué)質(zhì)量不高的問(wèn)題。 本研究共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分,在進(jìn)行教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)以及教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)定義及由來(lái)做一定的說(shuō)明。第二部分,分析教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的內(nèi)容基礎(chǔ)上,并對(duì)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)做一定的闡述。第三部分,根據(jù)調(diào)查并結(jié)合訪談信息,分析出當(dāng)前新建本科院校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)存在的問(wèn)題。主要體現(xiàn)在:教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置不合理;缺乏交流溝通和網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí);教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)“行政化”現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重;教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員重科研輕教學(xué);教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模不合理以及管理機(jī)制不完善。第四部分,從優(yōu)秀的國(guó)家級(jí)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)中獲得對(duì)新建本科院校建設(shè)的啟發(fā)。第五部分,提出適合我省新建本科院校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的對(duì)策:構(gòu)建合理的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu);增進(jìn)院校間團(tuán)隊(duì)交流和完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源;去“行政化”打造真正的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì);以科研促進(jìn)教學(xué);打造“三片葉”式的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì);構(gòu)建教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)行保障機(jī)制等。
[Abstract]:Due to historical reasons, new colleges and universities have some problems, such as small scale, lack of funds and lack of qualified personnel, especially the weak construction of teaching staff, which has affected the further improvement of education and teaching quality.The establishment of teaching team can promote the professional development of teachers, promote teaching discussion and exchange of teaching experience, improve the overall quality of teachers and have radiation effect.Make up for the lack of talent caused by the teaching quality is not high.This study is divided into five parts.The first part, on the basis of literature review of teaching team, explains the definition and origin of team and teaching team.The second part, on the basis of analyzing the content of teaching team construction, and the theoretical basis of teaching team building.The third part, according to the investigation and the interview information, analyzes the problems existing in the teaching team of the newly-built colleges and universities.Mainly reflected in: teaching team structure is unreasonable; lack of communication and network learning; teaching team "administrative" phenomenon is serious; teaching team members pay more attention to scientific research than teaching; teaching team scale is unreasonable and management mechanism is not perfect.The fourth part, from the excellent national teaching team construction experience to the new undergraduate college construction inspiration.In the fifth part, the author puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of teaching team in newly-built colleges and universities in our province: constructing reasonable teaching team structure, enhancing team communication among colleges and universities and perfecting network resources;To promote teaching by scientific research, to build the "three leaves" teaching team, to construct the guarantee mechanism of teaching team operation, and so on.
