【摘要】：21世紀是一個網絡的時代。在這個網絡時代中，信息的交流、獲取與利用已逐步成為個人進步與社會發(fā)展的基本要素。隨著網絡應用功能和系統(tǒng)性能的發(fā)展，網絡已經成為經濟、社會、文化發(fā)展的主要工具與技術基礎。 以網絡為基礎，以網上活動為核心的社會文化生活現象，被稱為網絡文化。網絡文化以其存續(xù)基礎的高科技性、傳播途徑的虛擬性、參與者的互動性以及開放多元的全球性迅速成為當代社會最具影響力的數字化的文化形態(tài)。高校是社會信息化程度最高的場所之一。傳統(tǒng)校園文化與網絡文化相互融合，產生了網絡文化新子集，誕生了校園文化的新形態(tài)——高校網絡文化。這是校園文化虛擬化的表現，是校園文化在內容與形式上的拓展。 高校網絡文化憑借其自身的高度擴散性、參與者多為知識群體等特點逐步改變了校園文化的建構模式，增強了校園文化的建設與創(chuàng)造力。但其在不斷發(fā)展的同時，也使得原有的傳統(tǒng)價值觀呈現出了個性化和多元化的特點，甚至導致了多重價值判斷標準并存的現象，削弱了校園文化自身具備的育人功能與規(guī)范功能，對新時期高校大學生思想政治工作與校園文化建設產生了沖擊與挑戰(zhàn)。 社會主義核心價值體系是我黨在新形勢下針對經濟社會發(fā)展提出的重要理論，是為適應當前社會思想道德建設新局面而提出的新要求。社會主義核心價值體系以馬克思主義為指導，以中國特色社會主義共同理想為主題，以愛國主義為核心的民族精神和以改革創(chuàng)新為核心的時代精神為精髓，以社會主義榮辱觀為道德基礎，是構建社會主義和諧文化與和諧社會的重要指導與舉措。 以社會主義核心價值體系引領高校網絡文化建設，有利于促進和諧文化建設和網絡和諧社會構建；有利于增強社會主義意識形態(tài)的吸引力，引導大學生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀與價值觀；有利于堅持育人為本，德育為先，創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育的形式與內容，提升其針對性與實效性；有利于繁榮校園文化、提升師生的綜合素質。以社會主義核心價值體系引領的高校網絡文化建設，必須堅持社會主義價值體系的指導思想、共同理想、理論精髓和道德基礎。樹立網絡環(huán)境背景下思想政治教育新理念；加強網絡道德建設，樹立踐行正確的榮辱觀；完善網絡文化建設管理機制；加強網絡文化工作隊伍建設。 以社會主義核心價值體系引領高校網絡文化建設對于解決當前網絡文化建設中存在的問題，促進高校網絡文化健康發(fā)展，豐富和完善思想政治教育的基礎理論與實踐模式具有重要意義。 本文主體分為四個部分。第一部分對高校網絡文化及其相關概念進行闡述，分析了高校網絡文化的特征及功能。第二部分是當前高校網絡文化建設的現狀及其原因分析。第三部分介紹社會主義核心價值體系的內涵，并通過兩者之間關系的分析，指出社會主義核心價值體系為根本，高校網絡文化是載體，提出以社會主義核心價值體系引領高校網絡文化建設的觀點。第四部分，，在前面分析研究的基礎上，探討以社會主義核心價值體系引領高校網絡文化建設的作用，并提出以社會主義核心價值體系引領高校網絡文化建設的原則和途徑。
[Abstract]:With the development of network application function and system performance , network has become the main tool and technology foundation of economic , social and cultural development .

Based on the network , the social and cultural life phenomenon , which is the core of online activity , is called the network culture . The network culture is one of the most influential digital cultural forms of contemporary society . The network culture is one of the most influential places in the contemporary society . The traditional campus culture and the network culture are fused with each other , and the new form of the campus culture is created . This is the manifestation of the campus culture virtualization , and it is the expansion of the campus culture in the content and form .

The network culture of colleges and universities has gradually changed the construction mode of campus culture by virtue of its own high diffusivity and multi - stakeholder knowledge group , which has strengthened the construction and creativity of campus culture . However , it also makes the old traditional values have the characteristics of individuality and pluralism , and even leads to the coexistence of multi - value judgment standards , weakens the function of educating people in the campus culture itself and the standard function , and brings the impact and challenge to the ideological and political work of college students in the new period and the construction of campus culture .

The socialist core value system is an important theory put forward by our Party in the new situation for economic and social development . It is a new requirement to meet the new situation of the current social ideological and moral construction .

The socialist core value system leads the construction of network culture in colleges and universities , which is conducive to the construction of harmonious culture and the construction of network harmonious society ;
It is beneficial to enhance the attraction of socialist ideology and guide university students to establish the correct world outlook , outlook on life and values ;
It is beneficial to adhere to the form and content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities , and improve their pertinence and effectiveness .
In order to promote the campus culture and promote the comprehensive quality of teachers and students , the construction of network culture in colleges and universities led by the socialist core value system must adhere to the guiding ideology , common ideal , theoretical essence and moral foundation of the socialist value system , and set up the new idea of ideological and political education in the background of network environment ;
Strengthen network moral construction , set up the right honor and disgrace view ;
Improve the management mechanism of network culture construction ;
Strengthen the construction of network culture team .

With the socialist core value system , the construction of network culture in colleges and universities is of great significance to solve the problems existing in the current network culture construction , to promote the healthy development of network culture in colleges and universities , to enrich and perfect the basic theory and practice mode of ideological and political education .

The main part of this paper is divided into four parts . The first part expounds the characteristics and functions of the network culture in colleges and universities . The second part introduces the connotation of the socialist core value system and the analysis of the relationship between them . The third part introduces the connotation of the socialist core value system , and points out that the socialist core value system is the carrier , and proposes that the socialist core value system lead the construction of network culture in colleges and universities . The fourth part , on the basis of the previous analysis , discusses the principles and ways to lead the construction of network culture in colleges and universities with the socialist core value system .
