低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:氣候問題已經(jīng)成為世界普遍關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),各國(guó)都在為環(huán)保做努力,相繼提出了低碳理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)。中國(guó)是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,政府對(duì)發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)非常重視,每個(gè)公民也應(yīng)該自覺為減緩和適應(yīng)氣候變化做出努力。低碳事業(yè)除了依靠政府和企業(yè)外,更主要的是公民的低碳環(huán)保意識(shí),而大學(xué)生是一群優(yōu)秀的青年,是未來構(gòu)建資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)的支柱力量,所以探討低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)具有重要意義。 本文在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀思想的指導(dǎo)下,從低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、責(zé)任意識(shí)的相關(guān)概念入手,從以下三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究:首先介紹了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,包括低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)缺失的表現(xiàn)在低碳知識(shí)匱乏、低碳實(shí)踐不力、低碳意識(shí)弱化三個(gè)方面,并家庭教育、大學(xué)教育和社會(huì)環(huán)境三個(gè)角度分析低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)缺失的成因。其次,分析了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的必要性和緊迫性,認(rèn)為低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下向大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)提出了學(xué)習(xí)低碳知識(shí)、實(shí)踐低碳行動(dòng)新的要求,同時(shí)認(rèn)為大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)是推動(dòng)高校低碳教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求,也是提高公民整體低碳意識(shí)的社會(huì)需求,更是建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)的應(yīng)然要求。最后從目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、途徑和方法四個(gè)方面提出了如何構(gòu)建在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)體系,通過在思想層面:推行生態(tài)理念、營(yíng)造和諧生活環(huán)境,在學(xué)習(xí)層面:豐富學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、增添課程設(shè)置,在生活層面:關(guān)注生活細(xì)節(jié)、踐行低碳生活方式這三個(gè)層面的途徑和采取榜樣激勵(lì)、實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)、環(huán)境滲透三個(gè)方法去培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的自我責(zé)任感、社會(huì)責(zé)任感、環(huán)境責(zé)任感,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)視角下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),即為不僅意識(shí)到低碳環(huán)保的重要性,又要履行自己的責(zé)任并將其成為一種習(xí)慣,為我國(guó)的低碳環(huán)保事業(yè)做貢獻(xiàn),保護(hù)人類共有的家園。
[Abstract]:The climate problem has become the focus of the world, all countries are making efforts for environmental protection, have put forward the concept of low carbon, to achieve a low carbon economy.China is the world's largest developing country, the government attaches great importance to the development of a low-carbon economy, and every citizen should consciously make efforts to mitigate and adapt to climate change.In addition to relying on the government and enterprises, the low-carbon enterprise is more important is the citizens' low-carbon environmental awareness, and college students are a group of excellent young people, is the future construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society of the pillar force,Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the cultivation of college students' sense of responsibility from the perspective of low-carbon economy.Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, this paper starts with the related concepts of low-carbon economy and responsibility consciousness, and studies on the following three aspects: firstly, it introduces the current situation of cultivating college students' responsibility consciousness from the perspective of low-carbon economy.Including the lack of responsibility awareness of college students in the perspective of low-carbon economy in the lack of low-carbon knowledge, low carbon practice, low carbon awareness weakening three aspects, and family education,From the perspective of college education and social environment, this paper analyzes the causes of college students' lack of responsibility consciousness from the perspective of low carbon economy.Secondly, it analyzes the necessity and urgency of cultivating college students' responsibility consciousness from the perspective of low-carbon economy, and points out that the new requirement of learning low-carbon knowledge and practicing low-carbon action is put forward to college students' responsibility consciousness from the perspective of low-carbon economy.At the same time, it is believed that the cultivation of college students' responsibility consciousness is the internal demand of promoting the development of low-carbon education in colleges and universities, the social demand of raising the citizens' overall low-carbon consciousness, and the requirement of building a energy-saving society.Finally, from four aspects of goal, content, approach and method, the author puts forward how to construct the system of cultivating college students' responsibility consciousness from the perspective of low carbon economy, through carrying out ecological concept and creating a harmonious living environment at the ideological level.At the learning level: enrich the learning content, add the curriculum, in the life level: pay attention to the details of life, practice the low carbon lifestyle of these three levels of the way and take the example of incentives, practical experience,The three methods of environmental infiltration are to cultivate college students' sense of self-responsibility, social responsibility and environmental responsibility, and finally realize the goal of cultivating college students' sense of responsibility from the perspective of low-carbon economy, that is, to realize not only the importance of low-carbon environmental protection, but also the importance of environmental protection.We should also fulfill our own responsibility and make it a habit to contribute to our low-carbon environmental protection cause and protect the common homeland of mankind.
