【摘要】：伴隨著地方高校的大眾化，地方高校愈來愈成為促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟文化和社會發(fā)展的中堅力量。地方高校若想辦出特色，提高自身競爭力，獲得競爭優(yōu)勢，取得進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，培育地方高校特色文化才是關(guān)鍵所在。特色鮮明的地方高校文化是一所地方高校賴以生存發(fā)展的重要根基、血脈，也是一所地方高校進(jìn)步的精神旗幟，加強地方高校特色建設(shè)，培育地方高校特色文化是地方高校可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然要求。 地方高校作為地域文化傳播和弘揚的集中地，不可推卸承擔(dān)著引領(lǐng)和推動地域文化發(fā)展的歷史重任。地域文化與地方高校文化有著內(nèi)在的必然聯(lián)系，它們之間相互作用，協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展：地域文化在豐富和充盈、涵養(yǎng)和熏陶了地方高校文化的同時，地方高校文化也對地域文化具有傳承、引領(lǐng)和輻射作用。由于地域文化和地方高校文化的相互作用形成了地方高校獨具特色的大學(xué)文化，其特性有以下幾方面：導(dǎo)向性、獨特性、優(yōu)質(zhì)性、穩(wěn)定性。另外，高品位的地方高校文化決定著地方高校的辦學(xué)水平，也是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的基本保證，同時處于特定區(qū)域的地方高校在培育地方高校文化的同時也推進(jìn)了地域文化的發(fā)展，弘揚了民族精神。 然而，地方高校在迅猛發(fā)展的同時也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)，現(xiàn)在我國地方高校普遍存在著分類不清、定位不明、物質(zhì)文化俗化、精神文化弱化、制度文化僵化等問題，其硬件設(shè)施在不斷增加，卻有意無意地忽視了文化建設(shè)，滿目現(xiàn)代化建筑和鮮花綠樹的校區(qū)卻缺乏文化的氣氛，使學(xué)生難以感受到濃郁厚重的文化熏陶，在地方高校校區(qū)繁華發(fā)展的景象背后卻存在著嚴(yán)重的“文化危機”。 地方高校若想可持續(xù)的發(fā)展首先應(yīng)明確自己的辦學(xué)定位，即地方高校要為地方發(fā)展服務(wù)，，把院校的發(fā)展與地域經(jīng)濟文化發(fā)展有機結(jié)合起來，突出學(xué)校自身的優(yōu)勢,力求揚長避短，準(zhǔn)確把握自身在國內(nèi)、特別是所在地域同類地方高校中的位置,這是其辦學(xué)特色形成的前提。地方高校特色文化培育路徑主要有：美化地方高校物質(zhì)文化。合理的校園規(guī)劃布局；加強地方高校標(biāo)志性建筑和人文景觀；完善各種學(xué)校教學(xué)設(shè)施；亮化地方高校特色精神文化。確立地方高校特色辦學(xué)理念；凝練地方高校特色校訓(xùn)；培育優(yōu)良的校風(fēng)；規(guī)范地方高校特色制度文化。建設(shè)教學(xué)制度文化、科研制度文化、管理制度文化。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of local colleges and universities, local colleges and universities are becoming more and more the backbone of promoting the development of local economy, culture and society.If local colleges and universities want to run their own characteristics, improve their own competitiveness, gain competitive advantage, obtain further development, and cultivate local universities' characteristic culture is the key.The distinctive culture of local colleges and universities is an important foundation and blood for the survival and development of a local university, as well as a spiritual banner for the progress of a local university.Cultivating the characteristic culture of local colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of local colleges and universities.As a centralized place to spread and promote regional culture, local colleges and universities can not shirk the historical responsibility of leading and promoting the development of regional culture.The regional culture and the local university culture have the inherent inevitable relation, they interact with each other, coordinate the development: the regional culture is rich and full, conserves and edifies the local university culture at the same time,The local university culture also has the inheritance, the guidance and the radiation function to the regional culture.As a result of the interaction between regional culture and local university culture, the unique university culture of local colleges and universities is formed, and its characteristics are as follows: orientation, uniqueness, quality and stability.In addition, the culture of high-grade local colleges and universities determines the level of running schools of local colleges and universities, and is also the basic guarantee for training high-quality talents.At the same time, the local colleges and universities in the specific regions not only foster the culture of local universities, but also promote the development of regional culture and carry forward the national spirit.However, with the rapid development of local colleges and universities, they are also facing severe challenges. At present, local colleges and universities in our country generally have some problems such as unclear classification, unclear orientation, vulgarization of material culture, weakening of spiritual culture, rigid system culture, and so on.Its hardware facilities are increasing, but the cultural construction has been neglected intentionally or unintentionally, and the campus, full of modern buildings and flowers and trees, lacks a cultural atmosphere, which makes it difficult for students to feel the rich and heavy cultural edification.However, there is a serious "cultural crisis" behind the prosperous development of local university campuses.If local colleges and universities want to develop sustainably, they should first define their own orientation of running a school, that is, local colleges and universities should serve for local development, combine the development of colleges and universities with the development of regional economy and culture, and give prominence to their own advantages.It is the premise of the formation of the characteristics of running a school to make full use of its strengths and circumvent its weaknesses and accurately grasp its position in the same local colleges and universities in the same region.The cultivation path of characteristic culture in local colleges and universities is as follows: beautifying the material culture of local colleges and universities.Reasonable campus planning and layout; strengthening the iconic buildings and cultural landscape of local colleges and universities; perfecting all kinds of school teaching facilities; brightening the spirit culture of local colleges and universities.To establish the idea of running a school with local characteristics; to condense the motto of local colleges and universities; to cultivate a good school spirit; to standardize the characteristic system culture of local colleges and universities.Construction of teaching system culture, scientific research system culture, management system culture.
