【摘要】：新時(shí)期大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)要突出和諧。和諧的物質(zhì)文化，和諧的精神文化，和諧的制度文化與和諧的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化是新時(shí)期大學(xué)和諧校園文化建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)。大學(xué)和諧校園文化建設(shè)的根本路徑在于文化創(chuàng)新，根本前提是尊重學(xué)校師生們的主體地位。文化的創(chuàng)新要有所依據(jù)，要既能滿足校園人的文化需求又能調(diào)動(dòng)校園人參加校園文化實(shí)踐的熱情。校園和諧精神文化建設(shè)是大學(xué)校園和諧文化建設(shè)的核心，完善的校園精神文化可以凝聚校園人的理想和信念，指導(dǎo)校園人朝積極向上的方向自我教育、自我服務(wù)、自我管理。 大學(xué)校園和諧文化的建設(shè)過程充滿了障礙與挑戰(zhàn)，中國傳統(tǒng)教育理念留有弊端，對(duì)西方科學(xué)技術(shù)引進(jìn)的同時(shí)，各種外來思潮對(duì)我國現(xiàn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)的思想政治教育工作帶了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。諸多消極因素導(dǎo)致了大學(xué)和諧校園文化的建設(shè)形式多于內(nèi)容、被動(dòng)多于主動(dòng)。 處于戰(zhàn)略期和轉(zhuǎn)型期的大學(xué)和諧校園文化建設(shè)需要從中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化吸取可用資源。把馬克思主義與中國優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化相結(jié)合，既突出馬克思主義在大學(xué)和諧校園文化建設(shè)中的指導(dǎo)地位，又突出中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的人文關(guān)懷，在建設(shè)中國特色的大學(xué)和諧校園文化的同時(shí)，推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國化的進(jìn)程。不斷完善大學(xué)和諧校園的制度文化，使其在繼承傳統(tǒng)的制約性和規(guī)范性的基礎(chǔ)上更具激勵(lì)性和帶動(dòng)性。進(jìn)一步完善大學(xué)和諧校園的物質(zhì)文化，，使校園內(nèi)的設(shè)施設(shè)備更加迅速、準(zhǔn)確、方便地為校園人提供服務(wù)，達(dá)到校園人與校園物質(zhì)的場(chǎng)景互動(dòng)，為校園人提供更廣闊的實(shí)踐空間。加快大學(xué)和諧校園文化內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)新，既要確保校園內(nèi)眾多文化種類的創(chuàng)新，又要確保各種文化間的和諧發(fā)展。從而使我國大學(xué)和諧校園文化的建設(shè)更具科學(xué)性、創(chuàng)新性和可續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:In the new period, the construction of university campus culture should highlight harmony.Harmonious material culture, harmonious spiritual culture, harmonious system culture and harmonious network culture are the key points in the construction of harmonious campus culture in the new era.The basic path of the construction of harmonious campus culture lies in the cultural innovation, and the fundamental premise is to respect the main position of the teachers and students.The innovation of culture should be based on both meeting the cultural needs of campus people and arousing the enthusiasm of campus people to participate in campus cultural practice.Campus harmonious spiritual culture construction is the core of university campus harmonious culture construction, perfect campus spiritual culture can condense campus people's ideals and beliefs, guide campus people to positive direction self-education, self-service, self-management.The construction process of harmonious culture on university campus is full of obstacles and challenges, while the traditional Chinese educational concept has some drawbacks, and at the same time, it introduces western science and technology.The ideological and political education of modern and contemporary universities in China is challenged by various foreign trends of thought.Many negative factors lead to the construction of harmonious campus culture more form than content, passive than active.The construction of harmonious campus culture in strategic period and transition period needs to draw available resources from Chinese excellent traditional culture.Combining Marxism with China's excellent traditional culture not only highlights the guiding position of Marxism in the construction of harmonious campus culture in universities, but also highlights the humanistic concern of China's outstanding traditional culture.While constructing the harmonious campus culture of universities with Chinese characteristics, we should promote the process of Marxism in China.The system culture of the harmonious campus of the university should be perfected continuously, and it will be more encouraging and active on the basis of inheriting the restriction and standardization of the tradition.Further improve the material culture of the harmonious campus, make the facilities in the campus more rapid, accurate, convenient to provide services for campus people, achieve the campus people and campus material scene interaction, provide a broader practical space for campus people.To speed up the content innovation of harmonious campus culture, we should not only ensure the innovation of many kinds of culture on campus, but also ensure the harmonious development of all kinds of cultures.In order to make the construction of harmonious campus culture more scientific, innovative and sustainable.
