【摘要】： 誠信作為中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,是每個公民必須具備的道德品質(zhì)。在我們的社會生活中,具有十分重要的地位。《公民道德建設實施綱要》中確立誠實守信為每個公民的基本道德規(guī)范。黨的十六大報告也鄭重指出社會主義思想道德建設的重點應放在誠實守信上。 誠信作為中華民族五千年文明積淀下來的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)道德,是當今我國公民道德建設的基本道德規(guī)范,也是大學生應當繼承和發(fā)揚的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和需要培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)秀道德品質(zhì)。大學生作為國家的未來、民族的希望,其誠信品質(zhì)的塑造、誠信習慣的養(yǎng)成是我國思想政治工作的重要課題。加強大學生誠信建設,不僅是社會發(fā)展對大學生提出的客觀要求,也是大學生自身發(fā)展的主觀需要。 當前,我國大學生誠信狀況的主流是好的,但也有少數(shù)大學生表現(xiàn)出了誠信缺失現(xiàn)象,其中在就業(yè)過程中這一現(xiàn)象尤為明顯。正確、合理的引導大學生誠信就業(yè)不僅關系到大學生本人的未來,而且對社會秩序的規(guī)范也具有非常重要的意義。 本文從誠信的內(nèi)涵和意義入手,從三個方面指出大學生誠信就業(yè)具有非常重要的意義。通過對大學生就業(yè)過程中的誠信狀況進行分析,就如何改變大學生就業(yè)誠信缺失狀況提出了一些看法,為大學生誠信就業(yè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Honesty, as the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, is the moral quality that every citizen must possess.In our social life, it has a very important position. In the outline of the Construction of Citizen morality, honesty and trustworthiness are established as the basic moral norms of every citizen.The report of the 16th National Congress of the Party also solemnly pointed out that the emphasis of socialist ideological and moral construction should be on honesty and trustworthiness.Honesty and credit, as the excellent traditional morality accumulated by the Chinese nation for 5,000 years, is the basic moral standard of the citizen moral construction in our country today, and it is also the fine tradition and the excellent moral quality that the college students should inherit and carry forward.As the future of the country, the hope of the nation, the shaping of the quality of honesty and the cultivation of the habit of honesty are the important subjects of ideological and political work in our country.Strengthening the construction of college students' honesty is not only the objective requirement of social development for college students, but also the subjective need of their own development.At present, the mainstream of honesty and credit of college students in China is good, but there are also a few college students show the phenomenon of lack of honesty, especially in the process of employment.The correct and reasonable guidance of college students' honest employment is not only related to the future of college students, but also of great significance to the norms of social order.This paper starts with the connotation and significance of honesty and credit, and points out that honesty employment of college students is of great significance from three aspects.Based on the analysis of the credit situation in the process of college students' employment, this paper puts forward some views on how to change the lack of honesty and credit in the employment of college students, which provides a reference for the employment of college students.
