【摘要】：本文是以近代天津師范教育為對象的專題研究。在中國五千年的文明史中,注重“德行道藝兼求”,但是卻沒有專門培養(yǎng)和訓練教師的師范教育機構。1897年,上海南洋公學師范院的創(chuàng)立,揭開了中國近代師范教育的序幕。中國近代師范教育是伴隨著近代學制的誕生開始的,晚清政府和國民政府初期頒布的學制中對師范教育的規(guī)定,確立了中國近代師范教育的獨立地位,中國師范教育開始興起并得到初步發(fā)展。 近代天津師范教育在全國師范教育興起的大背景下,走上了發(fā)展之路。鴉片戰(zhàn)爭后深受外憂內惠的先進中國人在“教育救國”思潮推動下自發(fā)尋求變革,以求自強御辱之路。在眾多有識之士大力倡導等因素的推動下,新式教育逐漸興起。而新式學堂的廣泛建立,必然需求大量的近代性師資。1904年,天津出現(xiàn)了第一所師范講習所,成為天津師范教育的發(fā)端。隨后天津近代師范教育在民國時期經歷了資產階級改革,在抗日戰(zhàn)爭之后經歷了重建與完善。近代天津師范教育經歷了從無到有、從小到大的艱難發(fā)展歷程,取得了長足進步和突出成就,為天津近代教育事業(yè)輸送了大量師資,推動了天津傳統(tǒng)教育的近代化改造,促進了自近代以來天津教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。在此過程中,天津師范教育形成了自己鮮明的特色,如起步最早、發(fā)展迅速、注重師范教育實踐、重視女子師范教育等等。通過近現(xiàn)代天津師范教育的發(fā)展,已經基本上構建了完整的師范教育體系,形成了帥范教育獨立設置的基本格局。飲水思源,以史為鑒,近代天津師范教育的發(fā)展,也為當今我國教師教育的改革與發(fā)展提供了借鑒
[Abstract]:This paper is a special research on modern Tianjin normal education.In the five thousand years of Chinese civilization history, attention was paid to "morality, Taoism, art and pursuit", but there was no teacher education institution specialized in training and training teachers. In 1897, the establishment of Shanghai Nanyang Public School Teachers College opened the prelude of Chinese modern normal education.The modern normal education in China began with the birth of the modern school system. The stipulation on the normal education in the early school system promulgated by the government of the late Qing Dynasty and the National Government established the independent status of the modern normal education in China.Normal education in China began to rise and was initially developed.Under the background of the rise of normal education in modern Tianjin, teachers education has been on the way of development.After the Opium War, the advanced Chinese, deeply concerned about the outside and the inside, spontaneously sought for reform under the trend of "Education and Salvation of the Nation" in order to strengthen themselves and resist the humiliation.Promoted by many people of insight and other factors, new-style education is rising gradually.In 1904, the first normal school appeared in Tianjin, which became the beginning of normal education in Tianjin.Then the modern normal education in Tianjin experienced bourgeois reform during the Republic of China and reconstruction and perfection after the War of Resistance against Japan.The modern Tianjin normal education has experienced the difficult development process from nothing to existence, from small to large, has made great progress and outstanding achievements, has sent a large number of teachers for Tianjin's modern education, and has promoted the modernization of Tianjin's traditional education.It has promoted the development of Tianjin education since modern times.In this process, Tianjin normal education has formed its own distinctive characteristics, such as the earliest start, rapid development, pay attention to the practice of normal education, attach importance to women's normal education and so on.Through the development of teachers' education in Tianjin in modern times, a complete normal education system has been basically constructed, and a basic pattern of independent setting of handsome normal education has been formed.The development of teachers' education in Tianjin in modern times has also provided a reference for the reform and development of teacher education in our country.
