國際商務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)制約因素與對策

【摘要】:在我國新時期的教學(xué)改革中,如何科學(xué)有效的培養(yǎng)國際型商務(wù)人才是一個極其復(fù)雜的教學(xué)課題。尤其是在新課改的背景下,加強學(xué)生的交流溝通能力,提高學(xué)生的外語綜合能力以及增強學(xué)生的全球化視野是培養(yǎng)國際型商務(wù)人才必不可缺的三大要素。然而在我國目前的教學(xué)體系與環(huán)境中,學(xué)生往往缺乏一定的全球化視野。同時,教師的教學(xué)方法難以創(chuàng)新,教學(xué)體制的被動與守舊使得學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性降低,綜合能力也得不到提升。因此,本文就在此基礎(chǔ)上重點分析國際型商務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)的制約因素,并采取科學(xué)有效的對策改善現(xiàn)狀,使其得到進一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the teaching reform of our country in the new period, how to train international business talents scientifically and effectively is an extremely complicated teaching subject.Especially in the context of the new curriculum reform, strengthening students' communication skills, improving students' foreign language comprehensive ability and enhancing students' global vision are the three essential elements to train international business talents.However, in China's current teaching system and environment, students often lack a certain global vision.At the same time, teachers' teaching methods are difficult to innovate, and the passive and conservative teaching system makes students' learning enthusiasm lower and their comprehensive ability can not be improved.Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of international business talent training constraints, and take scientific and effective measures to improve the current situation, so that it can be further developed.
