【摘要】：國(guó)運(yùn)興衰,系于教育；教育振興,全民有責(zé)。新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),在以毛澤東同志、鄧小平同志、江澤民同志為核心的黨的三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體和以胡錦濤同志為總書(shū)記的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,教育投入大幅增長(zhǎng),辦學(xué)條件顯著改善,教育改革逐步深化,辦學(xué)水平不斷提高。特別是本世紀(jì)以來(lái),城鄉(xiāng)免費(fèi)義務(wù)教育全面實(shí)現(xiàn),職業(yè)教育快速發(fā)展,高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化階段,農(nóng)村教育得到加強(qiáng),教育公平邁出重大步伐�？吹匠煽�(jī)的同時(shí),我們也應(yīng)深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到,在當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式加速轉(zhuǎn)變、人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的國(guó)際大環(huán)境下,我國(guó)教育還不完全適應(yīng)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和人民群眾接受良好教育的要求,教育結(jié)構(gòu)和布局不盡合理,城鄉(xiāng)、區(qū)域教育發(fā)展不平衡,貧困地區(qū)、民族地區(qū)教育發(fā)展滯后；教育投入不足,教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位尚未得到完全落實(shí)。為了進(jìn)一步形成尊師重教的濃厚氛圍,讓教育成為全社會(huì)最受尊重的事業(yè)；為了培養(yǎng)大批優(yōu)秀的教師；為了提倡教育家辦學(xué),鼓勵(lì)更多的優(yōu)秀青年終身做教育工作者,國(guó)家實(shí)施了師范生免費(fèi)教育政策。免費(fèi)師范生政策作為國(guó)家均衡中西部偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)師資力量、統(tǒng)籌教育資源的重要舉措,白2007年實(shí)施以來(lái),就備受社會(huì)關(guān)注。今年,首屆免費(fèi)師范生已陸續(xù)進(jìn)入工作崗位,在經(jīng)歷了四年教師專業(yè)培養(yǎng)之后,他們能否為我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教師資源增添新的活力?能否為農(nóng)村薄弱地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育帶來(lái)新發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步縮小教育差距?同時(shí),國(guó)家和培養(yǎng)院校也普遍關(guān)注,免費(fèi)師范生的培養(yǎng)政策是否科學(xué)合理?是否與一線教學(xué)需求相契合?新入職的免費(fèi)師范生教學(xué)實(shí)踐的效果以及可持續(xù)的專業(yè)發(fā)展成為舉國(guó)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本研究正是立足與此,結(jié)合關(guān)于免費(fèi)師范生在校期間從教能力培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)研究,通過(guò)對(duì)首屆入職免費(fèi)師范生進(jìn)行為期近一年的跟蹤調(diào)查,對(duì)入職免費(fèi)師范生在教育實(shí)踐中的困惑進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,以期為免費(fèi)師范生培養(yǎng)方案尋找評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù),為免費(fèi)師范生職后服務(wù)體系的構(gòu)建尋找理論參考。 本研究共分為7章,第1章通過(guò)對(duì)師范生從教能力的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,對(duì)入職期、初任教師的概念進(jìn)行界定,分析入職期免費(fèi)師范生從教能力的基本特點(diǎn)。第2章根據(jù)教育傳播學(xué)的觀點(diǎn),構(gòu)建出入職期免費(fèi)師范生從教能力的假說(shuō)模型,分別包括學(xué)生模塊、教育信息模塊、教育媒體模塊、教育環(huán)境模塊和教師自身模塊,每個(gè)模塊中都包含有教師在教學(xué)中所應(yīng)具備的基本從教能力。第3章根據(jù)假說(shuō)模型設(shè)計(jì)了入職期免費(fèi)師范生從教能力的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,用該問(wèn)卷對(duì)生源地位于中西部地區(qū)的首屆入職免費(fèi)師范生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。第4章中研究運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)測(cè)量的基本方法,對(duì)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)編碼和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,主要包括描述性分析和顯著性差異分析。第5章中根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果分析影響免費(fèi)師范生從教能力的各個(gè)因素。第6章基于教育傳播學(xué)的視角,根據(jù)教育信息傳遞的特點(diǎn),從對(duì)傳遞過(guò)程中信源、信息、信宿和信道四個(gè)要素中所附著的主要從教能力來(lái)建構(gòu)入職免費(fèi)師范生從教能力提升策略體系,如政府和學(xué)校應(yīng)加大投入,保障信道的順暢流通；教師加強(qiáng)總結(jié)反思能力,優(yōu)化教育信息的質(zhì)量等,最后文章構(gòu)建了免費(fèi)師范生職后服務(wù)體系的理論模型,包括建立完善的工資津貼制度、制定多元的考核評(píng)價(jià)制度、創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)激勵(lì)措施和豐富教師專業(yè)發(fā)展策略四個(gè)方面。第7章為研究總結(jié)和研究展望。

Since the founding of the People ' s Republic of China , under the leadership of Comrade Mao Zedong , Comrade Deng Xiaoping and Comrade Jiang Zemin at the core of the Party ' s central leadership and the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary , the educational investment has been greatly improved , the educational reform has been improved gradually , and the educational reform has been steadily increasing . At the same time , we should realize that in the international environment of accelerating the transformation of the economic development mode and increasing the education equity , our country ' s education is not fully adapted to the national economic and social development and the people ' s acceptance of good education . At the same time , the educational structure and layout are not balanced , the poverty - stricken areas and ethnic areas are lagging behind ;
The lack of investment in education and the strategic position of the priority development of education have not been fully implemented . In order to further develop a strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and teachers , education has become the most respected cause of the whole society ;

In order to promote the school running of the educator and encourage more outstanding young people to do the education workers for life , the state has implemented the free education policy of normal students . The free normal student policy is the important measure to balance the teachers and resources in the middle and western part of the country .

According to the view of educational communication , the author constructs a hypothesis model of free normal students ' self - teaching ability in the vocational education period . According to the characteristics of educational communication , the paper constructs the strategy system of improving the ability of free normal students from the source , the information , the sink and the channel in the course of the transfer .
The paper constructs a theoretical model of free normal student post service system , including the establishment of a perfect salary allowance system , the development of a multi - element assessment system , the innovation incentive measures and the rich teachers ' professional development strategy . Chapter 7 is the research summary and the research prospect .
