【摘要】：根據(jù)中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡信息中心2011年7月份發(fā)布的報告顯示，截至2011年6月底，中國網(wǎng)民規(guī)模達到4.85億，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率攀升至36.2%。我國手機網(wǎng)民規(guī)模為3.18億，在總體網(wǎng)民中的比例為65.5%。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展，人們特別是年輕一代對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的依賴越來越大，整體行業(yè)的發(fā)展非常有前景。也正是因為這種前景，很多不同規(guī)模和實力的企業(yè)進入該行業(yè)，人才的緊缺問題也隨之而生。有業(yè)內(nèi)專家預測，未來3到5年內(nèi)，中國新媒體人才和媒體融合人才的缺口在60萬到80萬人之多。 然而與之相對的尷尬現(xiàn)實是：我國高等教育由精英教育過渡到大眾教育后，越來越多的人得到了接受高等教育的機會，就業(yè)大軍越來越龐大，但是在就業(yè)市場上，用人單位的普遍反映是招聘不到合適的人才。兩者的矛盾恰恰在于高校的人才培養(yǎng)方式與社會發(fā)展要求不相適應。換句話說，由于國內(nèi)教育對新媒體人才的培養(yǎng)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的結合還是不夠密切，而且一些高校相關專業(yè)的指向也不是很明晰，，高校人才培養(yǎng)與企業(yè)的掛鉤還是存在一定的問題，造成了這種“有人無人才”的窘境。 本文采用實證研究方法，通過對全國114所“985”工程及“211”工程大學本、碩階段傳播專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案的調(diào)研，結合社會企業(yè)、單位需求，建議我國傳播學專業(yè)應制定明確的培養(yǎng)目標、延伸傳播學內(nèi)涵、優(yōu)化課程設置、改良專業(yè)方向劃分、校企合作等方式尋求發(fā)展和進步。
[Abstract]:By the end of June 2011, China's Internet users had reached 485 million and Internet penetration had climbed to 36.2 percent, according to a report released by the China Internet Network Information Center in July 2011.The scale of mobile phone users in China is 318 million, the proportion of total netizens is 65. 5%.With the continuous development of the Internet, people, especially the young generation, rely on the Internet more and more, the development of the whole industry is very promising.It is also because of this prospect, many different size and strength of enterprises into the industry, the shortage of talent also followed.Industry experts predict that in the next three to five years, China's new media talent and media integration talent gap of 600000 to 800000 people.However, the embarrassing reality is that after the transition of higher education from elite education to mass education, more and more people get the opportunity to receive higher education.The general response of employers is that they can't recruit the right people.The contradiction between them lies in the fact that the way of talents cultivation in colleges and universities does not meet the needs of social development.In other words, because domestic education is not close enough to combine the cultivation of new media talents with industry, and the direction of some related majors in colleges and universities is not very clear, there are still certain problems in the linkage between the cultivation of talents in colleges and enterprises.Has caused this kind of "the person does not have the talented person" the predicament.This article adopts the empirical research method, through the investigation to 114 "985" and "211" engineering universities in China, combines the social enterprise, the unit demand,It is suggested that the major of communication in our country should establish a clear training goal, extend the connotation of communication science, optimize the course arrangement, improve the division of specialty direction, and seek for development and progress in such ways as cooperation between schools and enterprises.
