【摘要】：學(xué)科帶頭人是大學(xué)發(fā)展的"主體性要素",其基本定位是"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型學(xué)者"。學(xué)科帶頭人的成長(zhǎng)包括"學(xué)術(shù)素質(zhì)"提升和"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力"發(fā)展兩個(gè)方面,同時(shí)又與其所在學(xué)科的成長(zhǎng)是協(xié)同共生的。一般而言,單個(gè)"學(xué)術(shù)人"學(xué)術(shù)能力的提升并非完全意義上的學(xué)科帶頭人的成長(zhǎng),他的成長(zhǎng)是通過(guò)學(xué)科成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展的階段性表征體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的。當(dāng)前,大學(xué)學(xué)科帶頭人多為歷史的"自然成長(zhǎng)",普遍存在科學(xué)引領(lǐng)學(xué)科發(fā)展的能力危機(jī)。為此,需要加強(qiáng)學(xué)科帶頭人在學(xué)科戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、隊(duì)伍整合、資源獲取、民主決策與管理等方面能力的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Subject leader is the main factor of university development, and its basic orientation is "leading scholar".The growth of the subject leader includes two aspects: the improvement of academic quality and the development of leadership ability. At the same time, the growth of the subject is symbiotic.Generally speaking, the promotion of the academic ability of a single "academic person" is not the growth of the academic leader in a complete sense, but his growth is reflected by the stage of the development of the discipline.At present, the university discipline leaders are mostly "natural growth" of history, and there is a crisis of ability to lead the development of science.Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the ability of discipline leaders in discipline strategic planning, team integration, resource acquisition, democratic decision-making and management.
