我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題研究—企業(yè)視角

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高等教育由“精英化”向“大眾化”的轉(zhuǎn)變,高校畢業(yè)生數(shù)量逐年增多,解決高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作已經(jīng)成為每年政府就業(yè)工作的重點(diǎn)、社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),黨的十七屆五中全會(huì)指出,要把促進(jìn)就業(yè)放在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展優(yōu)先位置,把解決高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題作為工作重點(diǎn),F(xiàn)實(shí)中存在不少大學(xué)生不能就業(yè)或者不能充分就業(yè)與企事業(yè)單位空崗空位招聘不到合適人才的矛盾問(wèn)題,這固然與現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)高校人才培養(yǎng)難以適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需求有一定關(guān)系,大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程有一些問(wèn)題解決不良,也會(huì)影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量。 本研究從市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人才觀、大學(xué)生在就業(yè)過(guò)程中遇到的主要問(wèn)題及大學(xué)生成功就業(yè)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)等入手,對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程、企業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程的參與和高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題和采取的策略三方面進(jìn)行研究,希望能在增強(qiáng)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)的針對(duì)性、提高擇業(yè)的成功率、打下良好的職場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)等方面有些微幫助。 一、從我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策、就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、就業(yè)特點(diǎn)三方面分析我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì),對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)程序加以研究,調(diào)研其對(duì)實(shí)際就業(yè)的影響。研究表明:我國(guó)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)已經(jīng)成為整個(gè)社會(huì)就業(yè)問(wèn)題的重要組成部分,且就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性較弱,呈現(xiàn)從國(guó)家干預(yù)為主逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭袌?chǎng)引導(dǎo)為主、層次感較強(qiáng),方向較明確、地區(qū)感較強(qiáng)、需求感較強(qiáng)、畢業(yè)生仍處于弱勢(shì)一方的特點(diǎn)。 二、通過(guò)調(diào)研企業(yè)參與大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程的途徑、企業(yè)選拔和招聘人才的取向與規(guī)則、企業(yè)對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生及其就業(yè)過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)三方面了解企業(yè)參與我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程的現(xiàn)狀,指出我國(guó)大學(xué)生在就業(yè)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題主要有招聘成本不可控、崗位匹配性較差等客觀問(wèn)題及畢業(yè)生及其家庭存在的主觀問(wèn)題,并提出通過(guò)改變大學(xué)生自己,即提高大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力和通過(guò)改變大學(xué)生外在就業(yè)環(huán)境,即提高企業(yè)對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的接納力兩種解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。 三、分析我國(guó)高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,提出改進(jìn)措施。高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)存在的問(wèn)題主要有:高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置的非專(zhuān)性、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程設(shè)置和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)活動(dòng)均有不足?赏ㄟ^(guò)以就業(yè)案例和企業(yè)用人規(guī)則等充實(shí)大學(xué)生就業(yè)課程、聘請(qǐng)企業(yè)管理者或人力資源專(zhuān)員兼任大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師、政府牽線(xiàn)搭橋,引導(dǎo)企業(yè)和高校雙方加強(qiáng)合作,共同提升就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的品質(zhì),對(duì)大學(xué)生開(kāi)展以職業(yè)生涯為導(dǎo)向的發(fā)展規(guī)劃制定活動(dòng)、加強(qiáng)校企業(yè)深度合作,增加大學(xué)生廣泛深入接觸企業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)等方式彌補(bǔ)這些不足。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of higher education from "elite" to "popular" in our country, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year.The Fifth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that priority should be given to the promotion of employment in economic and social development, and the priority should be given to solving the employment problem of college graduates.In reality, there is a contradiction between the fact that many college students can not get employed or can not be fully employed and the lack of vacancies in enterprises and institutions to recruit suitable talents, which is, of course, related to the fact that the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities in our country is difficult to meet the needs of social development at the present stage.There are some problems in the process of college students' employment, which will affect the quality of college students' employment.From the view of modern enterprise talent under the condition of market economy, the main problems encountered by college students in the process of employment and the key points of college students' successful employment, this study analyzes the employment process of college students in China.The participation of enterprises in the process of employment of college students in China and the problems and strategies that should be paid attention to in the employment guidance of college students are studied in the hope of enhancing the pertinence of college graduates in choosing jobs and increasing the success rate of choosing jobs.Lay a good foundation of the workplace and so on a little help.The main contents are as follows: 1. Analyze the employment situation of college students in China from three aspects: employment policy, employment status and employment characteristics, study the employment procedure of college students in China, and investigate its influence on the actual employment.The research shows that the employment of university graduates in China has become an important part of the whole social employment problem, and the employment stability is relatively weak, showing a gradual change from state intervention to market guidance, with a strong sense of hierarchy and a clear direction.Strong sense of region, strong sense of demand, graduates are still in a weak side of the characteristics.Second, through investigating the ways of enterprises participating in the employment process of college students, the orientation and rules of selecting and recruiting talents by enterprises, and the evaluation of college graduates and their employment process, we can understand the present situation of enterprises participating in the process of employment of college students in China.The paper points out that the main problems encountered by college students in our country in the process of employment are the objective problems such as the uncontrollable recruitment cost, the poor job matching and the subjective problems existing by the graduates and their families, and puts forward that it is necessary to change the college students themselves.That is, to improve the employment ability of college students and to improve the acceptance of college graduates by changing the external employment environment of college students.Third, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of employment guidance in colleges and universities in China, and puts forward some improvement measures.The main problems of employment guidance in colleges and universities are as follows: the non-specificity of employment guidance institutions in colleges and universities, the lack of employment guidance courses and employment guidance activities.We can enrich the employment courses of college students by employing employment cases and employment rules of enterprises, employ enterprise managers or human resource commissioners to concurrently serve as college students' employment guidance teachers, and the government can bridge the bridge to guide both enterprises and universities to strengthen cooperation.To improve the quality of employment guidance, to carry out career oriented development planning activities for college students, to strengthen the deep cooperation of the university enterprises, to increase the opportunities for college students to contact the enterprises extensively and deeply, and to make up for these shortcomings.
