【摘要】：全國(guó)普法教育工作開(kāi)展了將近二十年，公民法律意識(shí)、法律素質(zhì)普遍得到提高，當(dāng)然大學(xué)生也不例外。伴隨著《法律基礎(chǔ)》、《思想道德修養(yǎng)與法律基礎(chǔ)》課在各個(gè)學(xué)校的廣泛開(kāi)設(shè)，大學(xué)生對(duì)法律知識(shí)的了解隨之越來(lái)越多，自我保護(hù)意識(shí)也逐漸增強(qiáng)，維權(quán)的呼聲也越來(lái)越高，維權(quán)的活動(dòng)也時(shí)有發(fā)生。正是在此意義上，本課題從實(shí)證研究出發(fā)，分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育的問(wèn)題及其存在的原因，以提出提高大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育水平的基本對(duì)策。本課題著重從以下三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述和論證： 第一部分：主要闡述大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)與大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育的內(nèi)涵。通過(guò)這部分可以讓大學(xué)生對(duì)維權(quán)意識(shí)有一個(gè)整體的印象和了解。 第二部分：主要從大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育的歷史回眸和大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育的問(wèn)題透視兩大塊入手進(jìn)行闡述：其中第一大塊主要是介紹建國(guó)后的大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育和新時(shí)期的大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育的情況，，第二大塊主要是以實(shí)證為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，從大學(xué)生個(gè)人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)等四個(gè)方面來(lái)探討大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育中的問(wèn)題及其產(chǎn)生的原因。 第三部分：針對(duì)第二部分中提出的問(wèn)題，尋求提高大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育水平的基本對(duì)策。這部分主要通過(guò)樹(shù)立全方位的大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育理念，創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育的內(nèi)容，改善大學(xué)生維權(quán)意識(shí)教育的方法與途徑，形成學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)全方位育人的合力機(jī)制等四個(gè)方面來(lái)論述。
[Abstract]:The education of popularizing law has been carried out for nearly 20 years, and citizens' legal consciousness and legal quality have been improved generally, of course, college students are no exception.Along with the "legal basis", the course of "ideological and moral accomplishment and legal basis" is widely opened in various schools, the students have more and more understanding of the legal knowledge, the consciousness of self-protection is gradually strengthened, and the voice of protecting the rights is becoming higher and higher.Rights-safeguarding activities also occur from time to time.It is in this sense that this subject starts from the empirical research, analyzes the problems and the existing reasons of the contemporary college students' rights awareness education, in order to put forward the basic countermeasures to improve the level of the university students' rights awareness education.This paper focuses on the following three parts to elaborate and demonstrate:The first part mainly expounds the connotation of the consciousness of safeguarding the rights of college students and the education of the consciousness of safeguarding the rights of college students.Through this part, college students can have an overall impression and understanding of the awareness of safeguarding rights.The second part: mainly from the historical review of college students' rights awareness education and the perspective of university students' rights awareness education, the first part is mainly to introduce the rights awareness education of college students after the founding of the people's Republic of China.The situation of the education of university students' awareness of protecting their rights in the new period,The second part is to discuss the problems in the education of college students' rights awareness from four aspects: individual, family, school, society and so on.The third part: aiming at the problems raised in the second part, we seek the basic countermeasures to improve the education level of college students'awareness of protecting their rights.This part mainly through the establishment of all-round awareness of college students' awareness of human rights education concept, innovation of the content of college students' rights awareness education, improve the ways and means of college students' rights awareness education, to form schools, families,Social all-round education of the resultant force mechanism and so on four aspects to discuss.
