【摘要】：大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化，是新時期大學(xué)生思想政治教育發(fā)展的趨勢之一，也是高校適應(yīng)社會變革，面向現(xiàn)代化的一種本質(zhì)發(fā)展。大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化是指思想政治教育為了適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展，通過與社會的整合，以及對社會心理的調(diào)適，，同時在教育主體的共同參與下，不斷適應(yīng)、改造和發(fā)展社會的過程，也是教育主體成為社會人的過程。大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化是一項涉及社會方方面面的系統(tǒng)工程，必須借助全社會的資源和力量，從教育理念、內(nèi)容、主體、載體、環(huán)境上實現(xiàn)社會化，實現(xiàn)全員、全過程、全方位的育人機制。 本文立足于社會現(xiàn)實，著眼于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育的發(fā)展要求，分四個部分對大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化的實現(xiàn)途徑進行了探討，旨在以大學(xué)生思想政治教育的社會化為進路，提高新時期大學(xué)生思想政治教育的針對性和實效性。首先，緒論部分，對論題的研究背景、研究現(xiàn)狀、思路和方法進行了闡述，描述了論題的預(yù)期成果。其次，對思想政治教育社會化的相關(guān)概念進行了理清。最后，就國外大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化經(jīng)驗進行了探討，并對其經(jīng)驗進行借鑒。第二章，文章分別從大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及現(xiàn)存的問題兩個方面進行了論述，并對其成因進行分析。第三章，文章提出了大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的必要性，分別從理論依據(jù)、實踐訴求兩個方面進行了論述。第四章，提出了大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化的基本原則，認(rèn)為大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化的實現(xiàn)必須堅持方向性原則、人本性原則、滲透性原則、層次性原則、實踐性原則、發(fā)展性原則。第五章，文章提出了大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化的實現(xiàn)途徑，認(rèn)為大學(xué)生思想政治教育只有堅持正確的導(dǎo)向，創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生思想政治教育理念、發(fā)揮主渠道作用，注重大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)容的針對性、激發(fā)大學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的發(fā)展、豐富教育載體，優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育環(huán)境，才能有效實現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育社會化，適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的時代取向，彰顯高校思想政治教育的價值。
[Abstract]:The socialization of college students' ideological and political education is one of the trends of the development of college students' ideological and political education in the new period. The socialization of ideological and political education of college students means that ideological and political education in order to adapt to the social development, through the integration with the society, as well as the adjustment of social psychology, at the same time, with the participation of the main body of education, The process of constantly adapting, reforming and developing the society is also the process in which the main body of education becomes the person of the society. The socialization of ideological and political education of college students is a systematic project involving all aspects of society, and the resources and strength of the whole society must be used. From the educational concept, content, main body, carrier, environment to realize socialization, realize the whole staff, the whole process, all-around education mechanism. Based on the social reality and the development requirements of ideological and political education of contemporary college students, this paper discusses the ways to realize the socialization of ideological and political education of college students in four parts. The purpose of this paper is to take the socialization of college students' ideological and political education as the way to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students in the new period. The expected results of the thesis are described. Secondly, the related concepts of socialization of ideological and political education are clarified. Finally, the experience of socialization of ideological and political education of foreign college students is discussed, and its experience is used for reference. This paper discusses the present situation of the socialization of ideological and political education of college students and the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of its formation. This paper puts forward the necessity of the innovation and development of the socialization of college students' ideological and political education, and discusses the basic principles of the socialization of college students' ideological and political education from two aspects: theoretical basis and practical demand. The author thinks that the realization of the socialization of college students' ideological and political education must adhere to the principles of directionality, humanism, permeability, hierarchy, practice and development. The article puts forward the way to realize the socialization of college students' ideological and political education, and holds that the college students' ideological and political education should only adhere to the correct guidance, innovate the ideology of college students' ideological and political education, and play the role of the main channel. Only by focusing on the pertinence of the contents of ideological and political education of college students, stimulating the development of the subject of ideological and political education of college students, enriching the carrier of education and optimizing the environment of ideological and political education of college students, can the socialization of ideological and political education of college students be realized effectively. Adapt to the trend of economic development and highlight the value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
