【摘要】：日本高等專門學(xué)校自從成立以來，已經(jīng)為日本企業(yè)培養(yǎng)了大批的富有創(chuàng)造力和實(shí)踐能力的應(yīng)用型人才，并且為二戰(zhàn)后日本經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛發(fā)揮著重要的作用。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也被世界矚目，如何通過技術(shù)革新人才培養(yǎng)逐步完善我國職業(yè)技術(shù)教育，已經(jīng)成為我國高等職業(yè)教育日后研究的課題，因此本論文將通過21世紀(jì)以來日本高等專門學(xué)校發(fā)展的狀況進(jìn)行探析，對日本高等專門學(xué)校發(fā)展中存在問題進(jìn)行的思考，來分析我國高等職業(yè)學(xué)校發(fā)展中存在的問題和不足，，促進(jìn)我國高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。 文章結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 引言具體闡述了本論文的問題提出、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法以及重要的概念界定。 第一章：日本高等專門學(xué)校發(fā)展的歷史沿革。主要介紹了日本高等專門學(xué)校的產(chǎn)生背景及意義。同時也介紹了二戰(zhàn)以來日本高等專門學(xué)校發(fā)展歷史，主要從二戰(zhàn)后高等專門學(xué)校的政策演變、制度發(fā)展、二十世紀(jì)六七十年代的騰飛發(fā)展、二十世紀(jì)八九十年代以后的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r四方面進(jìn)行闡述。 第二章：21世紀(jì)以來日本高等專門學(xué)校的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及問題。主要從高等專門學(xué)校的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和日本高等專門學(xué)校發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析。 第三章：21世紀(jì)以來日本高等專門學(xué)校的改進(jìn)策略。主要探討了日本高等專門學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)策略、課程改進(jìn)策略。 第四章：21世紀(jì)以來日本高等專門學(xué)校發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示。本章節(jié)研究了日本高等專門學(xué)校發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，進(jìn)而探討了對我國高等職業(yè)教育的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since its establishment, the Japanese higher specialized school has trained a large number of creative and practical talents for Japanese enterprises, and has played an important role in the take-off of Japanese economy after World War II.In the 21st century, the economic development of our country has also attracted the attention of the world. How to improve our vocational and technical education step by step through the cultivation of technical innovation talents has become the subject of our higher vocational education in the future.Therefore, this paper will analyze the problems existing in the development of Japanese higher vocational schools through the analysis of the development situation of Japanese higher specialized schools since the 21st century, and analyze the problems and deficiencies in the development of higher vocational schools in China.Promote the development of higher vocational education in China.The structure of the article is as follows:The introduction elaborates the questions, the significance, the present situation, the research methods and the definition of the important concepts of this paper.Chapter one: the history of the development of Japanese higher specialized schools.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of Japanese higher specialized schools.At the same time, it also introduces the history of the development of Japanese higher specialized schools since World War II, mainly from the policy evolution and institutional development of post-World War II higher specialized schools, and the rapid development of the 1960s and 1970s.In the 1980s and 1990s, the development of the four aspects are described.Chapter two: the development and problems of Japanese higher specialized schools since the 21 st century.This paper mainly analyzes the development of higher specialized schools and the problems existing in the development of Japanese higher specialized schools.Chapter three: the improvement strategies of Japanese higher specialized schools since the 21 st century.This paper mainly discusses the strategies of talent training and curriculum improvement in Japanese higher specialized schools.Chapter four: the experience and enlightenment of the development of Japanese higher specialized schools since the 21 st century.This chapter studies the experience of the development of Japanese higher specialized schools, and then discusses the enlightenment to our higher vocational education.
