山西民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高等教育大眾化的不斷深入,民辦高等教育的發(fā)展也越來越顯現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。民辦高等教育不僅讓人們對(duì)教育的選擇多樣化,而且在一定程度上促進(jìn)了教育的公平,提高了教育的效率。最新出臺(tái)的《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010——2020年)》將民辦教育定位“為教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)和促進(jìn)教育改革的重要力量”。 民辦教育的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是民辦教育賴以發(fā)展的基石,而人才的質(zhì)量依賴民辦教育人才培養(yǎng)的模式,民辦院校想要在我國(guó)公辦院校大力發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上突出重圍、依靠自身特色持續(xù)發(fā)展,就必須對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)的模式進(jìn)行深入了解、深入挖掘。 本文以山西民辦高等教育的發(fā)展為切入點(diǎn),深入淺出的剖析了山西民辦高等教育發(fā)展中遇到的問題和瓶頸,將民辦高等教育的人才培養(yǎng)模式作為研究的主要內(nèi)容,分四章展開分析第一章:緒論部分首先對(duì)論文的研究背景和研究意義及民辦高校發(fā)展的歷程進(jìn)行的介紹,并對(duì)我國(guó)目前對(duì)民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)模式這一命題的研究進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)闡述和分析,提出論文的研究思路和方法以及整個(gè)論文的框架。第二章:對(duì)我國(guó)民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了概述,其中對(duì)我國(guó)民辦高校的定義和類型和特征進(jìn)行闡述,接著對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)模式的界定。第三章是對(duì)山西民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)證研究。對(duì)山西七所民辦高校整體情況作了介紹、分析,以及山西唯一一所民辦本科院!轿鞴ど虒W(xué)院的人才培養(yǎng)情況進(jìn)行客觀分析。第四章是構(gòu)建民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)的模式,,其中分別從民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)制度、人才培養(yǎng)過程和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控來分析,以期對(duì)山西乃至中西部的民辦高校的人才培養(yǎng)有一定的借鑒意義。第五章結(jié)論部分,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了回顧總結(jié),指出了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處,請(qǐng)各位專家指正。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education in our country, the development of private higher education is more and more vigorous.Private higher education not only makes people's choice of education diversified, but also promotes the fairness of education to a certain extent and improves the efficiency of education.The latest "outline of the National Medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020" puts private education "as an important growth point for the development of educational undertakings and an important force for promoting educational reform".The quality of personnel training in private education is the cornerstone of the development of private education, and the quality of talents depends on the mode of talent training in private education. Private colleges and universities want to break out the tight encirclement on the basis of the vigorous development of public colleges and universities in our country.Depending on the sustainable development of its own characteristics, it is necessary to deeply understand and excavate the mode of talent training.This paper takes the development of Shanxi private higher education as the starting point, analyzes the problems and bottlenecks encountered in the development of Shanxi private higher education, and takes the talent training mode of private higher education as the main content of the research.Chapter one is divided into four chapters: the first part introduces the research background and significance of the thesis and the course of the development of private colleges and universities.At the same time, this paper has carried on the literature elaboration and the analysis to our country's present research on the talent training mode of the private colleges and universities, put forward the research thought and method of the thesis and the whole thesis frame.In the second chapter, the author summarizes the talent training model of private colleges and universities in China, including the definition, types and characteristics of private colleges and universities in China, and then defines the talent training model.The third chapter is an empirical study on the talent training model of Shanxi private colleges and universities.This paper introduces and analyzes the whole situation of seven private colleges and universities in Shanxi, and analyzes objectively the cultivation of talents in Shanxi Business College, the only private undergraduate college in Shanxi Province.The fourth chapter is to construct the model of talent training in private colleges and universities, which is analyzed from the goal, system, process and quality control of talents cultivation in private colleges and universities, respectively.In order to Shanxi and even the central and western private colleges and universities of talent training has certain reference significance.In the fifth chapter, the author reviews and summarizes the full text, points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper, and asks the experts to correct it.
