公民權視域下的高校貧困生受教育權問題與社會團結

【摘要】:現代國家公民對稀缺資源的競爭向社會團結提出了挑戰(zhàn)。其中,高等教育資源的稀缺與公民對高等教育資源的競爭(公民權要求)構成了深刻的緊張關系。我國高校收費制度的改革引發(fā)貧困人群因無力支付學費而無法分享國家教育資源的社會排斥問題。因此,需要通過一系列救濟機制對高校貧困生進行資助,保障作為公民權的受教育權,以化解高校收費制度與貧困生受教育權之間的沖突,促進教育公平與社會團結的實現。
[Abstract]:The competition of modern citizens for scarce resources poses a challenge to social solidarity. The scarcity of higher education resources and citizens' competition for higher education resources (citizenship requirements) constitute a deep tension. The reform of college fee system in China has caused the poor people to be unable to share in the country because of their inability to pay tuition fees. Social exclusion of family educational resources... In order to resolve the conflict between the charging system and the right to education of poor students in colleges and universities, it is necessary to subsidize the poor students in colleges and universities through a series of relief mechanisms, so as to promote the realization of educational fairness and social solidarity.
