廣西A民辦大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:廣西民辦高等教育的發(fā)展起步于20世紀(jì)80年代,經(jīng)過二十幾年的發(fā)展,在數(shù)量和規(guī)模上取得了可喜的成果,已經(jīng)成為了廣西高等教育的重要組成部分。在廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展之際,A大學(xué)作為廣西創(chuàng)辦時間最早、辦學(xué)理念先進、辦學(xué)特色突出的民辦高職院校,在廣西民辦高校具有一定的代表性和示范作用。A大學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)以何種戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展,不僅是A大學(xué)自身所關(guān)注的問題,同時也是廣西民辦高等教育和廣西高等教育界所共同關(guān)注的問題。 本文采用問卷調(diào)查、訪談法、文獻法以A大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對象,著重從外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件兩方面分析。在外部環(huán)境方面,對A大學(xué)的所面臨的政策法律、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境進行綜合分析。在內(nèi)部條件方面,對A大學(xué)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和辦學(xué)特色進行分析。在戰(zhàn)略形成一章中,首先對A大學(xué)外部因素和內(nèi)部因素進行矩陣評價,得出A大學(xué)在外部面臨著良好的發(fā)展機會。在內(nèi)部總體力量高于平均水平。然后用IE矩陣分析工具分析A大學(xué)總體戰(zhàn)略選擇;用SWOT分析進行戰(zhàn)略匹配。在戰(zhàn)略的選擇階段,根據(jù)A大學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和自身發(fā)展需求進行選擇。在戰(zhàn)略的實施方面,本文從根據(jù)前文對A大學(xué)內(nèi)部的劣勢和自身需求,針對戰(zhàn)略實施中的招生業(yè)務(wù),師資隊伍、教學(xué)管理等關(guān)鍵問題進行分析,提出相應(yīng)對策。 本文的研究成果:本文認(rèn)為A大學(xué)只有充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,克服劣勢,在充分利用外部機遇,規(guī)避威脅的基礎(chǔ)上,以增長型戰(zhàn)略為總體戰(zhàn)略。通過實施品牌策略提高其品牌積累,通過人力資源戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展,通過特色化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提升自身核心競爭力,以實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo),走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。 本文研究價值在于分析A大學(xué)的生存環(huán)境和發(fā)展空間,制定A大學(xué)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,促進A大學(xué)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時,為廣西其他民辦高校了解當(dāng)今發(fā)展動態(tài),分析其個體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development of private higher education in Guangxi started in the 1980s. After more than 20 years of development, it has achieved gratifying results in terms of quantity and scale. It has become an important part of higher education in Guangxi. At the time of the booming development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economy, A University was the first private higher vocational college in Guangxi, which had the earliest founding time, advanced running concept and outstanding characteristics of running a higher vocational college. It is not only the concern of A University itself that what strategy should be adopted to realize its sustainable development in the private colleges and universities in Guangxi. At the same time, it is also the common concern of Guangxi private higher education and Guangxi higher education circles. This paper takes the development strategy of A University as the object of study by means of questionnaire, interview and literature, focusing on the analysis of external environment and internal conditions. In terms of external environment, the paper analyzes the policy, law and economic environment faced by A University. In terms of internal conditions, the author analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the development of A University. In the chapter of strategy formation, the external and internal factors of A University are evaluated by matrix method. It is concluded that A University is faced with good development opportunities outside. The overall strength is higher than the average level. Then the overall strategic choice of A University is analyzed with IE matrix analysis tool, and the strategic matching is carried out with SWOT analysis. According to the strategic objectives of A University and its own development needs, in terms of the implementation of the strategy, this paper aims at recruiting students and teaching staff in the implementation of the strategy, according to the inferiority and self-demand of the University. The key problems such as teaching management are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The research results of this paper: this paper holds that A university can only give full play to its own advantages, overcome its disadvantages, and make full use of external opportunities to avoid threats. Take the growth strategy as the overall strategy. Through the implementation of the brand strategy to improve its brand accumulation, through the human resources strategy to achieve its own development, through the special development strategy to enhance its core competitiveness, in order to achieve the strategic development goals, Take the road of sustainable development. The research value of this paper lies in analyzing the living environment and developing space of A university, formulating the development strategy of A university and promoting the sustainable development of A university. Analysis of its individual development strategy provides a reference and reference.
