【摘要】:民辦高校,是指國家機(jī)構(gòu)以外的社會組織或者個人,利用非國家財政性經(jīng)費(fèi),面向社會依法舉辦的學(xué);蚱渌逃龣C(jī)構(gòu),其辦學(xué)層次分?坪捅究。作為一種嶄新的特殊辦學(xué)形式,既是高等教育自身改革的產(chǎn)物,又充當(dāng)著高等教育各種教育教學(xué)改革的先鋒。知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代要求我國高等教育必須以培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才、競爭型人才、應(yīng)用型人才和復(fù)合型人才為方向。這不僅是對民辦高等教育的要求,還是對民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)類型上質(zhì)的補(bǔ)充,同時也是民辦高校自身發(fā)展的迫切需要,人才培養(yǎng)模式的科學(xué)定位決定著它的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和健康成長。經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展,民辦高校已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育體系中的一個重要組成部分,民辦高校取得成績的同時,還存在著各種各樣的問題,這些問題直接關(guān)系到民辦高校的生存與發(fā)展。 本文結(jié)合我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,針對民辦高校人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建問題進(jìn)行研究,梳理了我國民辦高校發(fā)展的歷程和現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)分析人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的主要矛盾及問題,,根據(jù)調(diào)查研究與案例解析,對傳統(tǒng)的培養(yǎng)模式加以改革和創(chuàng)新,提出了解決問題的建議和對策,試圖探索一條與之相適應(yīng)的獨(dú)具特色的人才培養(yǎng)思路。
[Abstract]:A privately-run university refers to a school or other educational institution set up by the society in accordance with the law, using non-state financial funds and other social organizations or individuals other than state institutions. As a new special form of running a school, it is the product of the reform of higher education itself. The era of knowledge economy requires higher education in our country to train innovative talents and competitive talents. This is not only a requirement for private higher education, but also a supplement to the quality of talent training in private colleges and universities, as well as an urgent need for the development of private colleges and universities. The scientific orientation of talent training mode determines its sustainable development and healthy growth. After more than ten years of development, private colleges and universities have become an important part of our higher education system. There are also a variety of problems, which are directly related to the survival and development of private colleges and universities. Based on the economic and social development of our country, this paper studies the construction of talents training mode in private colleges and universities, and combs the course and present situation of the development of private colleges and universities in our country. Based on the analysis of the main contradictions and problems existing in the talent training model, the traditional training model is reformed and innovated according to the investigation and case analysis, and the suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems are put forward. This paper attempts to explore a unique train of thought for the cultivation of talents in accordance with it.
