【摘要】：大學時期是一個思考未來，準備向成年過渡的時期，是一個集中建構新思想、新觀念、興趣、責任、自我信念以及確立價值觀的時期。人們?nèi)绾慰创约旱奈磥�，自己的目標、愿望或期望是什么，，稱為“未來取向”。 本論文首先綜述了國外關于未來取向發(fā)展的理論觀點和實證研究，在此基礎上結合中國文化背景修訂了心理學家Seginer的“未來取向問卷”，并采用修訂后的問卷對大學四個年級近1500名大學生進行了調查，然后在調查數(shù)據(jù)和已有理論觀點的基礎上系統(tǒng)分析了在未來三大發(fā)展領域中大學生未來取向的發(fā)展，對大學生未來取向的心理結構和特點進行研究，對Seginer編制的未來取向問卷進行修訂，考察未來取向與人格特質、自我概念、成就目標、學習投入之間的相互關系。主要得出以下結論： 1、大學生未來取向的心理結構包括了動機成分、認知表征和行為成分。 2大學生的未來取向在專業(yè)、性別、年級上存在顯著差異。大學生的未來教育取向在專業(yè)、性別、年級、城鄉(xiāng)上存在顯著差異，大學生的未來職業(yè)取向在專業(yè)、性別、年級上存在顯著差異；大學生的未來家庭取向在專業(yè)、性別、年級上存在顯著差異。 3、人格特質對大學生未來取向有預測作用。大五人格的宜人性、外向性、情緒穩(wěn)定性、盡責性與大學生未來教育取向、職業(yè)取向、家庭取向均有顯著相關。 4、自我概念對大學生未來取向有預測作用。生理自我、道德倫理自我、個人自我、家庭自我、社會自我、自我認同、自我滿意、自我行動與未來教育取向、職業(yè)取向、家庭取向均存在顯著正相關。 5、大學生未來取向、成就目標（成績趨近、掌握趨近、成績回避、掌握回避）與學習投入之間相關顯著，大學生的成績趨近與掌握趨近在未來取向與學習投入之間起中介作用。
[Abstract]:College is a time to think about the future, to prepare for the transition to adulthood, to focus on new ideas, new ideas, interests, responsibilities, self-beliefs, and to establish values. What desire or expectation is, is called "future orientation". This paper first summarizes the foreign theoretical views and empirical research on the development of future orientation. On this basis, the psychologist Seginer's "Future orientation questionnaire" was revised in combination with the Chinese cultural background, and nearly 1500 college students in four grades were investigated with the revised questionnaire. Then, on the basis of the survey data and the existing theoretical viewpoints, the author systematically analyzes the development of the future orientation of college students in the future three development fields, and studies the psychological structure and characteristics of the future orientation of college students. The future orientation questionnaire compiled by Seginer is revised to examine the relationship between future orientation and personality traits, self-concept, achievement goals and learning input. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. The psychological structure of college students' future orientation includes motivation, cognitive representation and behavior. 2 there are significant differences in the future orientation of college students in major, sex and grade. There are significant differences in the future education orientation of college students in major, sex, grade, urban and rural areas, and the future career orientation of college students is in specialty, sex; There are significant differences in grade and family orientation among major, sex and grade. 3. Personality traits can predict the future orientation of college students. The personality of Big five personality has significant correlation with the orientation of college students' future education, career orientation and family orientation, such as suitably human nature, extroversion, emotional stability and due diligence. 4. Self-concept can predict the future orientation of college students. Physical self, moral and ethical self, personal self, family self, social self, self-identity, self-satisfaction, self-action and future education orientation, career orientation. There was significant positive correlation between family orientation and family orientation. 5. College students' future orientation, achievement goal (achievement approach, mastery approach, achievement avoidance, mastery avoidance) and learning investment are significantly related, and college students' achievement approach and mastery play an intermediary role between future orientation and learning investment.
