【摘要】：人才隊伍建設是現(xiàn)代大學發(fā)展的重要內容,建設一流的學術人才隊伍和建設一流的學科已經是建設世界一流大學的共識�，F(xiàn)代大學的發(fā)展與一個國家的發(fā)展緊密聯(lián)系在一起,現(xiàn)代大學承擔著人才‘培養(yǎng)、科學研究、服務社會及文化引領等使命,所以大學里的學術人才既是國家發(fā)展所需“人才”重要的組成部分,又是建設人力資源強國的主要實施者。自主培養(yǎng)和國際人才引進是大學獲得人才的兩種主要途徑,在人才全球化的背景下,國際人才引進成為大學獲得具有國際一流水平學術人才的有效途徑。然而大學在國際人才引進的實踐過程中面臨著如何引導學術人才國際流動的潮流,如何處理學術人才國際流動與知識發(fā)展的關系,以及如何營造吸引國際人才良好的環(huán)境等問題,解答這些問題需要對學術人才國際流動的規(guī)律進行清晰地、全面地認識。 西方大學教師國際流動研究正是從歷史的維度探索學術人才國際流動規(guī)律的研究。學術研究根源于實踐問題,在西方大學教師國際流動的研究設計中體現(xiàn)出這一點,因此論文主要的核心問題有：(1)參與過國際流動的西方大學教師的群體特征是什么?他們是如何進行國際流動決策的?他們參與國際流動的方式是樣的?(2)影響西方大學教師國際流動的因素有哪些?這些因素是如何影響西方大學教師的國際流動?(3)每個歷史時期西方大學教師國際流動的規(guī)模、途徑及特征是怎樣?(4)西方大學教師國際流動的歷史規(guī)律是什么?如何從歷史規(guī)律中獲得應對和引導當今大學教師國際流動潮流的啟示?回答好這些問題同時具有重要的學術價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 論文試圖采用歷史研究法、比較研究法、案例研究法、傳記研究與群體傳記研究法以及定量研究法等多種研究法相結合的方式,從定性研究和定量研究兩種路徑對西方大學教師國際流動的歷史進行研究。論文共有三個部分。第一部分為導論部分；第二部分為論文正文部分,包括第一章到第五章,主要對西方大學教師國際流動不同歷史階段的歷史背景、影響因素、流動規(guī)模以及流動特征進行研究；第三部分為論文的結論部分。 第一部分的導論主要涵蓋了論文選題緣由陳述、國內外相關研究成果評述、核心概念界定以及研究設計介紹等內容,其中著重介紹了大學科學家數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立方法與使用原則。 第二部分為論文正文部分,主要包括五章內容,分別對不同歷史時期西方大學教師國際流動的規(guī)模、途徑和時代特征進行研究。具體而言,第一章論述了中世紀大學教師國際流動的早期形態(tài),分析了影響中世紀大學教師國際流動的內外環(huán)境,總結出中世紀大學教師國際流動“知識吸引,外力推動”的基本規(guī)律。第二章論述了16世紀至18世紀西方大學教師國際流動的情況,分析了在近代大學保守環(huán)境中西方大學教師國際流動的狀況,著重分析了文藝復興、宗教改革及第一次科學革命等因素對近代西方大學教師國際流動的影響。第三章論述了19世紀西方大學教師廣泛國際流動的狀況,著重分析了現(xiàn)代大學模式與西方大學教師國際流動的關系。第四章論述了兩次世界大戰(zhàn)期間西方大學教師的特殊國際流動潮流,分析了引導西方大學教師國際大逃亡的潛在因素。第五章論述了二戰(zhàn)后二十年間西方大學教師的國際流動,著重剖析了國家力量和學術勞動力市場力量在推動西方大學教師國際流動中發(fā)揮的作用。 第三部分為結論部分,主要分析總結了西方大學教師國際流動的三種類型及其特點,西方大學教師國際流動的內外影響因素,知識發(fā)展與國際流動中心的關系,以及西方大學教師國際流動歷史研究帶來的啟示等。

Research on the international flow of western university teachers is exploring international academic talents flow from the historical dimension. The thesis tries to use the method of historical research, comparative research, case study method, combining a variety of research methods and research method in group biography biography research and quantitative research method and other methods, from the qualitative and quantitative research of two kinds of path on the international flow of Western University Teachers of history in research.
