【摘要】:人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是現(xiàn)代大學(xué)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容,建設(shè)一流的學(xué)術(shù)人才隊(duì)伍和建設(shè)一流的學(xué)科已經(jīng)是建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)的共識(shí),F(xiàn)代大學(xué)的發(fā)展與一個(gè)國家的發(fā)展緊密聯(lián)系在一起,現(xiàn)代大學(xué)承擔(dān)著人才‘培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、服務(wù)社會(huì)及文化引領(lǐng)等使命,所以大學(xué)里的學(xué)術(shù)人才既是國家發(fā)展所需“人才”重要的組成部分,又是建設(shè)人力資源強(qiáng)國的主要實(shí)施者。自主培養(yǎng)和國際人才引進(jìn)是大學(xué)獲得人才的兩種主要途徑,在人才全球化的背景下,國際人才引進(jìn)成為大學(xué)獲得具有國際一流水平學(xué)術(shù)人才的有效途徑。然而大學(xué)在國際人才引進(jìn)的實(shí)踐過程中面臨著如何引導(dǎo)學(xué)術(shù)人才國際流動(dòng)的潮流,如何處理學(xué)術(shù)人才國際流動(dòng)與知識(shí)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,以及如何營造吸引國際人才良好的環(huán)境等問題,解答這些問題需要對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)人才國際流動(dòng)的規(guī)律進(jìn)行清晰地、全面地認(rèn)識(shí)。 西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)研究正是從歷史的維度探索學(xué)術(shù)人才國際流動(dòng)規(guī)律的研究。學(xué)術(shù)研究根源于實(shí)踐問題,在西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的研究設(shè)計(jì)中體現(xiàn)出這一點(diǎn),因此論文主要的核心問題有:(1)參與過國際流動(dòng)的西方大學(xué)教師的群體特征是什么?他們是如何進(jìn)行國際流動(dòng)決策的?他們參與國際流動(dòng)的方式是樣的?(2)影響西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的因素有哪些?這些因素是如何影響西方大學(xué)教師的國際流動(dòng)?(3)每個(gè)歷史時(shí)期西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的規(guī)模、途徑及特征是怎樣?(4)西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的歷史規(guī)律是什么?如何從歷史規(guī)律中獲得應(yīng)對(duì)和引導(dǎo)當(dāng)今大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)潮流的啟示?回答好這些問題同時(shí)具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文試圖采用歷史研究法、比較研究法、案例研究法、傳記研究與群體傳記研究法以及定量研究法等多種研究法相結(jié)合的方式,從定性研究和定量研究兩種路徑對(duì)西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的歷史進(jìn)行研究。論文共有三個(gè)部分。第一部分為導(dǎo)論部分;第二部分為論文正文部分,包括第一章到第五章,主要對(duì)西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)不同歷史階段的歷史背景、影響因素、流動(dòng)規(guī)模以及流動(dòng)特征進(jìn)行研究;第三部分為論文的結(jié)論部分。 第一部分的導(dǎo)論主要涵蓋了論文選題緣由陳述、國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果評(píng)述、核心概念界定以及研究設(shè)計(jì)介紹等內(nèi)容,其中著重介紹了大學(xué)科學(xué)家數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立方法與使用原則。 第二部分為論文正文部分,主要包括五章內(nèi)容,分別對(duì)不同歷史時(shí)期西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的規(guī)模、途徑和時(shí)代特征進(jìn)行研究。具體而言,第一章論述了中世紀(jì)大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的早期形態(tài),分析了影響中世紀(jì)大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的內(nèi)外環(huán)境,總結(jié)出中世紀(jì)大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)“知識(shí)吸引,外力推動(dòng)”的基本規(guī)律。第二章論述了16世紀(jì)至18世紀(jì)西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的情況,分析了在近代大學(xué)保守環(huán)境中西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的狀況,著重分析了文藝復(fù)興、宗教改革及第一次科學(xué)革命等因素對(duì)近代西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的影響。第三章論述了19世紀(jì)西方大學(xué)教師廣泛國際流動(dòng)的狀況,著重分析了現(xiàn)代大學(xué)模式與西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的關(guān)系。第四章論述了兩次世界大戰(zhàn)期間西方大學(xué)教師的特殊國際流動(dòng)潮流,分析了引導(dǎo)西方大學(xué)教師國際大逃亡的潛在因素。第五章論述了二戰(zhàn)后二十年間西方大學(xué)教師的國際流動(dòng),著重剖析了國家力量和學(xué)術(shù)勞動(dòng)力市場力量在推動(dòng)西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)中發(fā)揮的作用。 第三部分為結(jié)論部分,主要分析總結(jié)了西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的三種類型及其特點(diǎn),西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)的內(nèi)外影響因素,知識(shí)發(fā)展與國際流動(dòng)中心的關(guān)系,以及西方大學(xué)教師國際流動(dòng)歷史研究帶來的啟示等。

Research on the international flow of western university teachers is exploring international academic talents flow from the historical dimension. Academic research is rooted in the practice, in the research and design of university teachers in the western international flow reflects this point, so the core of this thesis mainly include: (1) what is involved in the international movement of population characteristics western university teachers? How they are international migration? They participate in the international flow way is like? (2) what are the factors that affect the international flow of western university teachers? Are these factors how to influence the international flow of western university teachers? (3) the scale of the international flow of Western University Teachers in each historical period what is the way, and the characteristics of? (4) what is the law of history of western international flow of university teachers? How to get to and guide the international flow of teachers in modern university from the history of law It is of great academic value and practical significance to answer these questions well.
The thesis tries to use the method of historical research, comparative research, case study method, combining a variety of research methods and research method in group biography biography research and quantitative research method and other methods, from the qualitative and quantitative research of two kinds of path on the international flow of Western University Teachers of history in research. This thesis consists of three parts. Part is the introduction; the second part is the main part of the thesis, including the first chapter to the fifth chapter, the main factors affecting the international flow of Western University Teachers in different historical stages of the historical background, flow size and flow characteristics in the study; the third part is the conclusion.
