【摘要】：21世紀(jì)作為高科技的知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代，全球化的浪潮使我國融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)這一趨勢不可避免，如今機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存，如何面對，人才是關(guān)鍵。大量的高素質(zhì)的人才是未來競爭中是否能夠取勝的決定性因素，而政治思想素質(zhì)和道德素質(zhì)是人才素質(zhì)中非常重要的組成部分。學(xué)生是否能夠擁有過硬的政治思想和道德素質(zhì)，正確的價值觀是基礎(chǔ)。高等院校作為高等教育的主要陣地，其對大學(xué)生價值觀的教育這一重要環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)引起充分的重視。 大學(xué)生價值觀教育的目的主要有兩個方面：對社會而言，需要通過價值觀教育將大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為符合社會要求并且能夠促進(jìn)社會發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才；對個人而言，大學(xué)生經(jīng)過價值觀教育，使其確立了正確的人生目標(biāo)，能夠克服在成長中遇到的一系列苦難，擁有正確的分析問題和解決問題的能力，，使其能夠健康的成長。 因此我們應(yīng)正確把握大學(xué)生價值觀的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況和發(fā)展趨勢，使我們的教育活動具有針對性，使其與實(shí)際相聯(lián)系，實(shí)事求是的對現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究，找出現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況與我們所要達(dá)到目標(biāo)之間的差距，進(jìn)而確立我們的教育方法與方針對策，使教育實(shí)踐建立在一個科學(xué)、合理、現(xiàn)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)之上。 通過研究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生價值觀養(yǎng)成問題及其對策，引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的背景下合理的發(fā)揮出自身積極的作用，對于推動社會良性的循環(huán)和快速有序的發(fā)展具有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, as a high-tech era of knowledge economy, the tide of globalization made China's integration into the global economy inevitable, now opportunities and challenges coexist, how to face, Talent is the key. A large number of high-quality talent is the decisive factor to win the competition in the future. The political and moral quality is a very important part of the talent quality. Whether the students can have excellent political thought and moral quality, correct values are the basis. As the main position of higher education, colleges and universities are the main position of higher education. The education of college students' values should be paid more attention to. The purpose of college students' value education mainly has two aspects: to the society, it is necessary to train the college students to meet the social requirements and promote the development of the society through the value education, and for the individual, it is necessary to train the college students to meet the social requirements and promote the development of the society. Through the education of values, college students have established the correct goal of life, can overcome a series of tribulations encountered in their growth, have the correct ability to analyze and solve problems, and make them grow up healthily. Therefore, we should correctly grasp the realistic situation and development trend of college students' values, make our educational activities have pertinence, link them with reality, and analyze and study the present situation realistically. To find out the gap between the actual situation and the goal we want to achieve, and then to establish our educational methods and policies and countermeasures, so that the educational practice is based on a scientific, reasonable and realistic basis. By studying the problems and countermeasures of contemporary college students' values cultivation, it is of positive significance to guide college students to play their own positive role in the background of market economy. It is of great significance to promote the virtuous circle of society and the rapid and orderly development of society.
