【摘要】：新聞職業(yè)道德是在一定經(jīng)濟(jì)社會條件下，人們在長期的新聞傳播活動中逐漸形成的規(guī)范自己傳播行為的各種觀念、習(xí)慣、信念的總稱。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的確立和發(fā)展，我國正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)軌的過渡時期，新聞職業(yè)道德失范現(xiàn)象頻頻發(fā)生，對新聞的客觀性、真實(shí)性、全面性和公正性等都造成了極大危害，也損害了新聞工作者和新聞單位的社會形象。新時期的新聞職業(yè)道德建設(shè)如何取得成效成為社會各界追問的熱點(diǎn)問題。本文主要針對新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生道德素質(zhì)進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究并提出教育對策。首先通過廣泛的文獻(xiàn)閱讀，設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷，探討將會影響未來新聞從業(yè)者職業(yè)道德缺失的因素，針對這些因素在對新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生的教育中要彰顯職業(yè)道德教育，無論是從思想政治教育方面還是在積極心理學(xué)的視野下，使即將走入工作崗位的新聞從業(yè)者在大學(xué)期間有效地完成其職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)的構(gòu)建。 本文選取了新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)在高校新聞學(xué)專業(yè)教育中應(yīng)如何培育作為切入點(diǎn)，，對職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)性的研究。全文共分五個部分：第一部分是緒論，就問題的提出、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義、研究思路與方法做了相關(guān)說明；第二部分為相關(guān)概念的界定，包括素質(zhì)、職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)、新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生特點(diǎn)及新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)等；第三部分從新聞行業(yè)外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部制度與組織、新聞從業(yè)人員自身道德素質(zhì)三個層面對我國現(xiàn)階段新聞行業(yè)職業(yè)道德缺失的原因及消極后果做出闡述；第四部分針對本文要研究的問題，作者進(jìn)行新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查，通過細(xì)致的分析總結(jié)，指出新聞職業(yè)道德教育中存在的問題；第五部分根據(jù)新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)教育中存在的問題提出了相關(guān)的對策及建議。 本文的研究貢獻(xiàn)是提出了進(jìn)一步完善新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵教育對策在于：首先新聞教育工作者應(yīng)該把新聞職業(yè)道德教育放在最重要的位置上來對待；其次，在思想政治教育野下加強(qiáng)對新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生價值體系的培養(yǎng)；最后，引入積極心理學(xué)的教育理念旨在提高新聞專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Under certain economic and social conditions, journalism professional ethics is a variety of concepts and habits that people have gradually formed in the long-term news communication activities to regulate their own communication behavior. With the establishment and development of China's socialist market economy system, our country is in the transitional period of economic system transition, the phenomenon of news professional ethics anomie occurs frequently, the objectivity and authenticity of news, Comprehensiveness and impartiality have caused great harm. It also damages the social image of journalists and news units. How to achieve the success of the construction of news professional ethics in the new period has become a hot issue for all walks of life. This paper mainly aims at the moral quality of college students majoring in journalism. First of all, through extensive literature reading, Design a questionnaire to explore the factors that will affect the lack of professional ethics of journalists in the future. In view of these factors, we should highlight the professional ethics education in the education of students majoring in journalism. Not only from the aspect of ideological and political education, but also from the perspective of positive psychology, the journalists who are about to enter the job can effectively complete the construction of their professional ethics quality during the university period. In this paper, the author chooses how to cultivate the professional ethics quality of journalism major college students in the university journalism specialty education as the breakthrough point. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which explains the questions, the status quo, the significance, the train of thought and the method. The second part is the definition of relevant concepts, including quality, professional ethics, journalism college students' characteristics and journalism professional college students' professional ethics; the third part from the news industry external environment, internal system and organization, This paper expounds the reasons and negative consequences of the lack of professional ethics of journalism profession in China at this stage from three aspects of their own moral quality. Part 4th focuses on the problems to be studied in this paper. The author investigates the present situation of professional ethics quality of college students majoring in journalism, and points out the problems existing in the education of journalism professional ethics through careful analysis and summary. In 5th, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems existing in the quality education of professional ethics of college students majoring in journalism. The research contribution of this paper is to put forward the key educational countermeasures to further perfect the construction of the professional ethics quality of the college students majoring in journalism: firstly, the journalists should put the journalism professional ethics education in the most important position to deal with; Secondly, we should strengthen the cultivation of the value system of journalism college students under the ideological and political education field; finally, the purpose of introducing the positive psychology education idea is to improve the professional ethics quality of journalism major college students.
