【摘要】：本文圍繞著大學生集體意識教育進行了三個方面的研究：一、大學生集體意識教育的內容和意義，二、大學生集體意識教育存在的問題及成因分析，三、大學生集體意識教育的實現途徑。“社會主義社會是建立在集體主義原則上的，個人不能脫離集體而存在，個人的創(chuàng)造能力和力量也只有在集體中才能得到充分發(fā)揮。”1我們所處的社會，其本質是社會主義，即是建立在集體主義原則上的，所以對大學生進行集體意識的教育，是符合我們的社會本質的。 本文研究的第一方面主要是為了真正理解集體意識的定義、集體意識教育的涵義，集體意識教育的基本內容包括兩點：1、正確引導大學生科學把握個人與集體的關系2、正確認識奉獻社會的基本要求。大學生未來將肩負著中國偉大復興的重任，在當今世界新形勢新階段，加強大學生的集體意識的教育，對于中國的前途命運和大學生的健康成長都具有重要的現實意義和深遠的歷史意義。大學生集體意識教育的價值就體現在：1、有助于大學生樹立正確的價值觀2、有助于大學生自身綜合素質的提升3、有助于大學生更好的服務社會。追溯歷史，我們不難發(fā)現，在我國進行社會主義建設的實踐中，我們對集體主義的認識有一個在曲折中不斷深化的過程，當代大學生的集體意識教育也同樣存在著集體意識教育相對弱化，集體意識教育內容比較空泛，集體意識教育形式缺少靈活性，集體意識教學途徑比較單一化等問題，集體意識教育的管理機制不夠健全，但值得欣慰的是，黨和國家已經深刻地認識到思想文化對于當前中國社會主義革命和建設的重要性，在世界風云變幻、國內各種矛盾交織的關鍵時刻，，必須堅持社會主義本質不能變，必須堅定不移地走社會主義道路。 本文的第二方面大學生集體意識教育存在的問題及成因分析，對著這問題的研究主要從三方面：（一）大學生集體意識教育的現狀（二）大學生集體意識教育存在的主要問題（三）大學生集體意識教育存在問題的原因。出現問題不可怕，作為高校思想政治工作的輔導員，關鍵是要具有敏銳的洞察力和睿智的處理能力。國家也正在著手撥亂反正，重視社會主義思想道德的建設，加強集體主義的教育，為我們國家和社會的發(fā)展指明了方向，也為大學思想道德教育指明了方向。正氣、正義、集體意識、為人民服務等等詞語，以及這些方面的突出事跡，漸漸在各種各樣媒體中大量顯現。在大學這塊培養(yǎng)未來接班人的陣地上，這種聲音也在回響。 本文的第三方面就對大學生集體意識教育的實現途徑提出了五點方案：（一）樹立科學的集體意識教育理念（二）完善集體意識教育的組織管理機制（三）營造集體意識教育的良好校園環(huán)境（四）強化大學生集體意識教育的實踐活動（五）提升學校、社會、家庭教育的合力。我們作為高校教育者，肩負著為社會培養(yǎng)和輸送合格人才的歷史使命，社會所需要的這種合格人才，除了知識和能力的合格，除了身體健康外，更為重要的是人品道德的合格。我們對大學生進行集體意識的教育，目標就是培養(yǎng)他們形成對社會、對他人有正確認識的態(tài)度，能正確對待和處理個人利益與集體利益以及社會整體利益之間的關系，能夠自覺地把權利和義務很好地結合起來，把維護個人合法權益與應當承擔的社會責任統(tǒng)一起來，任何時候都必須把國家和人民利益放在首位，從而最大可能地實現自己的人生價值。2這是我們的社會責任，也是時代賦予我們的神圣使命。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the college students' collective consciousness education research in three aspects: first, the content and significance of College Students' collective consciousness education two, analyzes the problems and causes, existing collective consciousness of College Students' education of three ways to realize the collective consciousness of College Students' education. The society is based on the principle of collectivism, not personal out of the collective and the existence of individual creativity and power only in the collective to get full play. "1 of our society, which is the essence of socialism, which is based on the principle of collectivism, so the collective consciousness education for college students is consistent with our social nature.
The first aspect of this paper is to define the true understanding of the collective consciousness, the collective consciousness of the meaning of education, collective consciousness education basic content includes two points: 1, correctly guide the relationship between College Students' scientific understanding of individual and collective 2, the correct understanding of the basic requirements of the students. The future will contribute to the society shouldering the great rejuvenation of China, in the new stage of the new situation in the world, to strengthen the collective consciousness of college students education has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for China's fate and the healthy growth of college students. The collective consciousness education students' value is reflected in: 1, to help the students to establish the correct values of 2, will help enhance in 3 the comprehensive qualities of college students, help students to better serve the society. Back in history, we find that the practice of socialist construction in China In our collective awareness of a deepening in the process of education, the collective consciousness of contemporary college students also exists in the collective consciousness education is relatively weak, the collective consciousness education content is vague, the collective consciousness education in the form of lack of flexibility, the collective consciousness of teaching way is single and other issues, the management mechanism of the collective consciousness education is not perfect, but thankfully, the party and the country has been deeply aware of the importance of ideology and culture for the Chinese socialist revolution and construction in the world, the key moment interwoven contradictions amidst the winds of change, China must adhere to the socialist essence, can not be changed, we must unswervingly take the socialist road.
Problems and cause analysis of second college students' collective consciousness education in this paper, the research on this problem mainly from three aspects: (a) the status quo of College Students' collective consciousness education (two) the main problems existing in college students' collective consciousness education (three) college students' collective consciousness education in the cause of the problem. The problem is not terrible, as the ideological and political work of college counselors, the key is to have the ability to deal with keen insight and wisdom. The state is to pay attention to the construction of socialist ideology and morality bring order out of chaos, the strengthening of collectivism education, pointed out the direction for the development of our country and society, also pointed out the direction for ideological and moral education of University. Third the way to realize the collective consciousness education to college students put forward five solutions: (a) to establish the science the collective consciousness education idea (two) to improve the collective consciousness education organization management mechanism (three) a good campus environment to build the collective consciousness education (four) to strengthen the collective consciousness of College students' education practice activities (five) to improve schools, society, family education together. We as college education, shouldering the social and historical mission of training qualified personnel, the social needs of qualified personnel, in addition to qualified knowledge and ability, in addition to physical health, more important is the moral character of our collective consciousness are qualified. The education of college students. The goal is to help them form of society, have a correct understanding of the attitudes of others, can correctly treat and deal with individual interests and collective interests and the whole social benefit The relationship between interests, can consciously put the rights and obligations are well combined, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and should bear the social responsibility of the unified to any time must take the interests of the state and the people in the first place, in order to realize the value of your life.2 this is our social responsibility, but also the mission of our era.
