【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及高等教育改革的逐漸深化,我國(guó)當(dāng)前的大學(xué)生思想政治教育逐漸呈現(xiàn)出一種嶄新的面貌。在不斷總結(jié)思想政治教育學(xué)科自身發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),大學(xué)生思想政治教育積極地借鑒其他學(xué)科的方法和理念,并取得了一定的成效。而小組工作與大學(xué)生思想政治教育的過(guò)程相契合,存在著許多相似之處,如目標(biāo)一致、內(nèi)容交叉等,因而小組工作的理念及方法引起了大學(xué)生思想政治教育者的關(guān)注,并逐步嘗試將其運(yùn)用于大學(xué)生思想政治教育中。本文擬對(duì)小組工作在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行較為深入的探討。 本文首先分析了小組工作在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育中運(yùn)用的必要性和可行性。小組工作方法在我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的運(yùn)用,不僅能有效應(yīng)對(duì)不斷變化的大學(xué)生思想政治教育環(huán)境,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效性,還能夠?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生思想政治教育工作方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新,從而不斷提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育者的專業(yè)化水平。而二者具有的相通性、大學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍的壯大與成熟、大學(xué)生社團(tuán)組織的發(fā)展等都為小組工作在大學(xué)生思想政治教育的運(yùn)用打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。其次,結(jié)合了訪談資料及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù),筆者對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育中小組工作運(yùn)用的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了分析,包括小組工作在大學(xué)生思想政治教育運(yùn)用過(guò)程中所存在的一些問(wèn)題。在本文的最后,對(duì)小組工作在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中運(yùn)用的理念及方式、實(shí)施過(guò)程以及基本技巧進(jìn)行了總結(jié),期望借助小組工作過(guò)程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),來(lái)豐富大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的方法,同時(shí)對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育過(guò)程中存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的完善。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of economic development and the reform of higher education, China's current ideological and political education of college students is gradually showing a new look. The experience of Ideological and political education development experience at the same time, the ideological and political education actively using the methods and ideas of other disciplines, and achieved certain results. The process of group work and the ideological and political education of college students, there are many similarities, such as the same goal, content cross concepts and methods, and group work caused by the ideological and political education of College Students' attention, and gradually try to apply it to the ideological and political education. This paper discusses deeply on the use of group work in the ideological and political education in this problem.
This paper first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the use of group work in the contemporary ideological and political education in the use of group work in the ideological and political education of college students in our country, not only can effectively deal with the changing environment of Ideological and political education, enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education, but also can improve and innovate the method of Ideological and political education of college students, so as to continuously improve the ideological and political education of College Students' professional level. But the two are interlinked, the ideological and political education team of college students grow and mature students, community organizations development has laid a foundation for the use of group work in college students' Ideological and political education. Secondly according to the interviews, and questionnaire data, the author of the practice of Ideological and political education work in the use of small and medium-sized group For the analysis, including the working group on some issues existing in the process of the ideological and political education application. At the end of this paper, the concept and method of the use of group work in the ideological and political education in the implementation process and basic skills are summarized, with expectations of all aspects of group work process, to enrich the students' thought political education content, methods of Ideological and political education work innovation, while the weak link in the ideological and political education process for further improvement.
