大學(xué)生就業(yè)視閾下的勞動觀教育研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題是民生問題,也是社會的重大問題。近十余年來,對大學(xué)生就業(yè)方面的政策制度改革、人才市場供求預(yù)測與分析、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、就業(yè)心理輔導(dǎo)等研究都取得可喜成績。但對勞動觀教育促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的研究,迄今為止系統(tǒng)性的論述相對較少,且主要局限于認(rèn)識及觀點(diǎn)的論述;诖耍趯W(xué)習(xí)、研究和總結(jié)前人成果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過以下五部分對此展開討論。 第一部分:緒論。闡明選題來源,梳理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述,闡述研究的意義以及研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),確定研究方法。 第二部分:勞動觀教育與大學(xué)生就業(yè)解讀。從勞動、勞動觀內(nèi)涵著手,解析勞動觀教育基本理論,探究勞動觀教育與大學(xué)生就業(yè)實(shí)踐的相關(guān)性,,明確勞動觀教育有利于形成正確的“三觀”,進(jìn)而通過“三觀”指導(dǎo)就業(yè),闡明正確的勞動觀教育有利于完善大學(xué)生的就業(yè)素質(zhì)。 第三部分:大學(xué)生勞動觀缺失現(xiàn)象調(diào)查研究。首先,通過近15年我國大學(xué)生勞動就業(yè)走勢的基本情況分析,了解當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的“有業(yè)不就”的新變化。其次,歸納大學(xué)生勞動觀缺失現(xiàn)象。 第四部分:大學(xué)生勞動觀缺失的原因分析。從社會、學(xué)校教育、家庭教育以及自我認(rèn)知四個方面分析勞動觀缺失的原因。 第五部分:強(qiáng)化勞動觀教育促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的思路與對策。其一,宏觀層面,通過理論建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)的加強(qiáng),為社會主義勞動觀教育提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐,營造良好的社會氛圍。其二,中觀層面,一是加強(qiáng)高校勞動觀教育力度,強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力。二是加強(qiáng)家庭教育,樹立正確的家庭教育觀念,注意培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生勞動習(xí)慣。其三,微觀層面,提高大學(xué)生勞動觀教育自覺性,調(diào)動其從擇業(yè)到就業(yè)直至自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的積極性和能動性。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students is not only a matter of people's livelihood, but also a major problem of society. In the past decade or so, the reform of policies and systems in the employment of college students, the prediction and analysis of the supply and demand of the talent market, and the employment guidance, The research on psychological guidance of employment has made gratifying achievements. However, the research on the employment promotion of college students in the view of labor education has been relatively few, and is mainly confined to the discussion of cognition and viewpoint. On the basis of the research and summary of previous achievements, this paper discusses this through the following five parts. The first part is introduction. It clarifies the source of the topic, combs the related literature review, expounds the significance of the research and the innovation of the research, and determines the research methods. The second part: the interpretation of labor concept education and college students' employment. From the perspective of labor and labor concept, the author analyzes the basic theory of labor view education, and probes into the correlation between labor outlook education and college students' employment practice. To clarify the concept of labor education is conducive to the formation of the correct "three views", and then through the "three views" to guide employment, to clarify that the correct concept of labor education is conducive to the improvement of the employment quality of college students. The third part: the investigation and research on the phenomenon of college students' lack of view on labor. Firstly, through the analysis of the basic situation of the employment trend of college students in China in the past 15 years, we can find out the new changes in the employment of college students. Secondly, Induces the phenomenon of the lack of labor view of college students. Part 4th: analysis of the reasons for the lack of the concept of labor among college students. The reasons for the lack of the concept of labor are analyzed from four aspects: society, school education, family education and self-cognition. Part 5th: the ideas and countermeasures of strengthening labor view education to promote college students' employment. First, macroscopically, through the strengthening of theory construction and system construction, it provides a strong support for socialist labor outlook education. The second is to strengthen the labor concept education in colleges and universities, to strengthen the employment ability of college students, and to strengthen the family education and establish the correct family education concept. Attention should be paid to the cultivation of college students' working habits. Thirdly, at the micro level, they should improve their awareness of the concept of labor and arouse their enthusiasm and initiative from job selection to employment until they start their own businesses.
