【摘要】：2007年5月,為加強(qiáng)教師教育改革、促進(jìn)教育均衡發(fā)展、提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量、壯大教育工作者隊(duì)伍、形成尊師重教的濃厚氛圍,國家有關(guān)部門頒發(fā)了《教育部直屬師范大學(xué)師范生免費(fèi)教育實(shí)施辦法(試行)》,決定于當(dāng)年秋季起,在教育部直屬的六所師范院校試行師范生免費(fèi)教育政策,這標(biāo)志著闊別十年的免費(fèi)師范教育又回歸大學(xué)校園。截止到今天,師范生免費(fèi)教育政策實(shí)施近五年,第一批免費(fèi)師范生已經(jīng)畢業(yè)踏上工作崗位近一年。隨著該政策的逐步推行,免費(fèi)師范生人數(shù)日益增加,社會(huì)效應(yīng)不斷擴(kuò)大,這一特殊群體越來越受到全社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,有關(guān)其職業(yè)理想問題也成為教育界研究的重要課題。 本文按照“理論研究—現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查—原因分析—對(duì)策建議”的研究思路,在對(duì)文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行大量閱讀分析整理之后,對(duì)當(dāng)前免費(fèi)師范生的職業(yè)理想狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,然后對(duì)存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行了較深入、細(xì)致的分析,最后就如何堅(jiān)定免費(fèi)師范生職業(yè)理想提出具體對(duì)策。全文共包括四部分的內(nèi)容： 第一部分,探討免費(fèi)師范生樹立崇高職業(yè)理想的重要性,即免費(fèi)師范生樹立崇高的職業(yè)理想,有助于師范生免費(fèi)教育政策目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),有助于促進(jìn)教師教育改革的深化和發(fā)展,有助于挖掘免費(fèi)師范生從事教師職業(yè)的潛力,有助于激發(fā)免費(fèi)師范生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力。 第二部分,在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,指出免費(fèi)師范生職業(yè)理想方面存在的問題及職業(yè)理想不足帶來的消極影響。 第三部分,針對(duì)免費(fèi)師范生職業(yè)理想存在的問題進(jìn)行原因分析,以揭露現(xiàn)象背后的實(shí)質(zhì)。 第四部分,針對(duì)問題和原因,從社會(huì)、國家、試點(diǎn)學(xué)校、基礎(chǔ)教育學(xué)校和免費(fèi)生自身五個(gè)層面提出對(duì)策,以尋求免費(fèi)師范生職業(yè)理想問題的解決之道。
[Abstract]:In May 2007, in order to strengthen the reform of teacher education, promote the balanced development of education, improve teaching quality, strengthen education workers, the formation of a thick atmosphere of respecting teachers, the relevant departments of the state issued the "measures for the implementation of free education of normal students in normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education (Trial)", decided in the fall of that year, in six under the Ministry of education normal colleges and universities free normal education policy, which marks the free normal education ten years after the return to the university campus. As of today, normal students free education policy for nearly five years, the first batch of free normal students have graduated on jobs for nearly a year. With the gradual implementation of the policy, the number of free normal education students are increasing, the social effect is constantly expanding, this special group has attracted more and more attention of the whole society, the occupation ideal problem has become an important course in Education Research Questions.
According to "the theory of investigation - Analysis - countermeasures and suggestions" research ideas, in reading a lot of literature analysis, conducted a survey on the current situation of occupation ideal free normal students, then the problems and reasons for a more in-depth and detailed analysis, and finally on how to strengthen the free teachers propose specific measures of students occupation ideal. The thesis consists of four parts:
The first part discusses the importance of free normal students to establish lofty occupation ideal, namely, free normal students to set up the lofty ideal occupation, contribute to the realization of normal students free education policy goals, help to deepen and promote the reform of teacher education development, help free mining division Fan Sheng engaged in teacher's occupation potential, help the learning motivation of free normal students.
The second part, on the basis of the investigation, points out the problems existing in the career ideal of free normal students and the negative effects of the lack of career ideals.
In the third part, the reasons for the existence of professional ideal of free normal students are analyzed in order to reveal the essence behind the phenomenon.
The fourth part, aiming at the problems and reasons, puts forward the countermeasures from five aspects, namely, the society, the state, the pilot school, the basic education school and the free student themselves, so as to find solutions to the problem of free normal students' career ideal.
