【摘要】：時(shí)間既是思想政治教育的存在之所，思想政治教育存在和活動(dòng)的基本形式，也是思想政治教育的重要資源。對(duì)思想政治教育時(shí)間因素的考量和時(shí)間把握、利用，在一定程度上決定著思想政治教育的實(shí)效。思想政治教育時(shí)間應(yīng)當(dāng)成為思想政治教育研究的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域。 思想政治教育時(shí)間是思想政治教育過程的持續(xù)性和接續(xù)秩序的集中反映，即該過程有一個(gè)或長(zhǎng)或短的過程以及彼此存在著先后相繼，其本質(zhì)在于思想政治教育時(shí)間與受教育者身心發(fā)展的聯(lián)系，尤其偏重于教育者在思想政治教育實(shí)踐中所耗費(fèi)的時(shí)間，它主要包括在時(shí)間選擇、分配上的時(shí)限、時(shí)機(jī)、時(shí)點(diǎn)、時(shí)序、時(shí)效等重要方面。另外，思想政治教育及其主體發(fā)展的時(shí)間性是思想政治教育時(shí)間研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 當(dāng)前思想政治教育實(shí)踐中，無論是教育準(zhǔn)備、教育過程中還是教育評(píng)價(jià)階段，在把握和利用時(shí)間方面都存在著諸多問題：教育者時(shí)間素質(zhì)不足；啟動(dòng)時(shí)點(diǎn)選擇不當(dāng)；時(shí)間利用率不高；對(duì)頻度、節(jié)奏、時(shí)序、時(shí)機(jī)等缺乏有效把握以及教育評(píng)價(jià)中忽視時(shí)間因素等問題。因此，思想政治教育過程中必須從以下方面提高把握和利用時(shí)間的藝術(shù)：確立思想政治教育的時(shí)間效益和時(shí)間管理理念；準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別、捕捉和創(chuàng)設(shè)教育時(shí)機(jī)；優(yōu)化思想政治教育的時(shí)間結(jié)構(gòu)及時(shí)序；有效調(diào)控思想政治教育的時(shí)間密度與時(shí)間節(jié)奏；在思想政治教育評(píng)估中增加時(shí)間性指標(biāo)并做好評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)間的恰當(dāng)選擇。
[Abstract]:Time is not only the place where ideological and political education exists, but also the basic form of existence and activity of ideological and political education, as well as the important resource of ideological and political education. The time of ideological and political education should be an important field in the study of ideological and political education. The time of ideological and political education is the concentrated reflection of the continuity and succession order of the process of ideological and political education. Its essence lies in the connection between the time of ideological and political education and the physical and mental development of the educatee, especially the time spent by the educator in the practice of ideological and political education. In addition, the time of development of ideological and political education and its subject is the realistic basis of the time study of ideological and political education. In the current practice of ideological and political education, there are many problems in grasping and utilizing the time, whether it is educational preparation, education process or educational evaluation stage: the lack of time quality of educators, the improper choice of starting point, and the lack of time quality. Time utilization rate is not high; lack of effective grasp of frequency, rhythm, timing, timing and so on; and neglect of time factors in educational evaluation. In the process of ideological and political education, the art of grasping and utilizing time must be improved from the following aspects: establishing the time benefit and time management idea of ideological and political education, accurately identifying, capturing and creating educational opportunity; To optimize the time structure and timing of ideological and political education; to effectively regulate the time density and time rhythm of ideological and political education; to increase the time index in the evaluation of ideological and political education and to make a proper choice of evaluation time.
