美國創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的來臨,高等教育界也面臨著隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展而必須做出相應(yīng)變革的局面。在高等教育逐步大眾化、高校財(cái)政資金緊縮等因素的共同作用下,美國一些大學(xué)逐漸摸索出一種全新的大學(xué)發(fā)展模式一創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)。美國創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)以發(fā)展高科技、開拓新產(chǎn)業(yè)為使命,承擔(dān)了發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、創(chuàng)造工作機(jī)會(huì)、提升國家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的“創(chuàng)業(yè)”的新作用。 本文圍繞“互動(dòng)”這一中心,對(duì)美國創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討。主要工作包括:以埃茲科維茨的三螺旋模式為基礎(chǔ)界定“創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)”的概念,揭示其發(fā)展特點(diǎn),分析官產(chǎn)學(xué)三方如何形成區(qū)域三螺旋;探討美國創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)在區(qū)域人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會(huì)服務(wù)方面發(fā)揮的作用;分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)在發(fā)展資金、發(fā)展方向和發(fā)展機(jī)遇方面的影響;通過比較,揭示我國大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)發(fā)展存在的問題,并有針對(duì)性的提出建議。 本文分為四章: 第一章,緒論。本章介紹了選題背景,研究意義;概要地介紹了本文研究的主要內(nèi)容、框架及方法;對(duì)國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者對(duì)“創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)”和高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)發(fā)展的研究進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述;對(duì)論文中出現(xiàn)的主要概念進(jìn)行界定 第二章詳細(xì)介紹了三螺旋模式。分析了三螺旋模式的主要內(nèi)容,三螺旋模式中的創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)的基本特征,探討區(qū)域官產(chǎn)學(xué)如何形成區(qū)域三螺旋,三者在知識(shí)空間、趨同空間和創(chuàng)新空間中進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。 第三章則重點(diǎn)闡述了創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。先論述高等教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間相互依存、相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。利用案例說明美國創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)在與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)過程中發(fā)揮的獨(dú)特作用,以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)如何給予創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)發(fā)展資源,從而總結(jié)兩者形成的互動(dòng)發(fā)展模式。 第四章,通過比較總結(jié)我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與區(qū)域高等教育互動(dòng)發(fā)展中存在的問題,根據(jù)國外創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國高校發(fā)展提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the higher education field is facing the situation that the corresponding changes must be made with the development of the times. Some universities in the United States have gradually groped out a new mode of university development, entrepreneurial universities. With the mission of developing high technology and opening up new industries, American entrepreneurial universities have undertaken to develop regional economies and create job opportunities. The new role of "entrepreneurship" in enhancing national competitiveness. This paper discusses the relationship between entrepreneurial universities and regional economy around the center of "interaction". The main work includes: defining the concept of "entrepreneurial universities" on the basis of Ezkowitz's three-helix model. It reveals the characteristics of its development, analyzes how the three parties form the regional triple helix, probes into the role of American entrepreneurial universities in regional talent training, scientific research and social service. This paper analyzes the influence of regional economic development on the development funds, development direction and development opportunities of entrepreneurial universities, reveals the problems existing in the interactive development of universities and regional economy in China through comparison, and puts forward some suggestions. This paper is divided into four chapters:. Chapter one, introduction. This chapter introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the main contents, the framework and the methods of the research. This paper makes a literature review on the research of "entrepreneurial university" and the interaction between higher education and regional economy, and defines the main concepts in the paper. The second chapter introduces the three-helix model in detail, analyzes the main contents of the three-helix model, the basic characteristics of the entrepreneurial university in the three-helix model, and probes into how the regional government industry studies form the regional three-helix, the three of which are in the knowledge space. Convergence space and innovation space for innovation industry development. The third chapter focuses on the interactive relationship between entrepreneurial universities and regional economic development. First, it discusses the interdependence between higher education and economic development. This paper illustrates the unique role played by American entrepreneurial universities in the process of interaction with regional economy, and how regional economy gives entrepreneurial universities development resources, so as to sum up the interactive development model formed by the two. Chapter 4th, by comparing and summarizing the problems existing in the interactive development of regional economy and regional higher education in China, and according to the experience of the interactive development between entrepreneurial universities and regional economies abroad, some suggestions are put forward for the development of colleges and universities in China.
